民族性可分成文化面的民族性與血緣面的民族性。但如同偷叔說的，這是文化面的問題。人性之一就是近墨者黑與環境的大染缸這兩種機制（其實只是規模的差別），這也是為何有些人來到台灣就會連負面習性都能染上。還有一種是物以類聚。如果當事人是那樣，與原生環境格格不入，他們就會找與他們臭味相投的人(或群體)。

(以下外行不客觀自修說法) 先說台灣的民族性，台灣人因為原本原住民就是那種很好講話的性格，混到了來自中國的民族性，再加上點儒教（不是儒家）的小酌料，然後就定型了。好不容易日本人來的時候有導正許多（先不管他們出發點），結果KMT一來又瞬間把台灣人打回原形還附加更多紅利。於是就... GG。

Our schools do not teach our young people to become engaged, political citizens and our local government is too often a prop for central government – even where the two are of differing political hue – for many people to see what their vote means at a local level.

The result is that people feel ignored, or they feel disengaged. When either emotion surfaces, it so easily leads to ridicule; we’ve stopped taking politics seriously and, in that shift, we’ve forgotten the power of democracy too.

I have lukewarm interest at best when hearing that Warcraft is becoming a film. I used to played the first and second Warcraft, then the third (and stopped before DotA was released). I watched the trailers, heard good things from a lot of people, as well as bad ones. I still have lukewarm interest at best.

But this guy, the director handled this self-absorbed fan like a professional and with dignity. The answer to Orc's soft side and seeing Orc as human as Human were so fine. The justification on the length of the film was also logical. Nothing was wrong at all about the way the director has handled these criticisms. Yet this contemptible of a person was still dissatisfied, luring him on and on into making mistakes until he gave up literally by leaving the interview as he pleased.

This instantly makes me want to watch Warcraft.

歷經40多年的光陰，Cinelicious Pics使用35釐米膠卷的原始負片、音素進行數位修復，重新加上當年被刪去的8分鐘超現實片段，去年在美國奧斯汀奇幻影展再展光采。

片中佈滿了性侵、惡魔、復仇、女巫等令人坐立難安的元素，奇幻瘋狂、目眩神迷、宛如塔羅牌的畫風，彷彿托爾金（J.R.R. Tolkien）的奇幻風格混搭克林姆（Gustav Klimt）的情慾美學，將驚人的水彩畫串聯成血水交融的恐怖童話，音樂由爵士鋼琴樂手佐藤允彥製作。

使用漢語拼音，不但對"國際接軌"無實質效用
更會造成外國人讀錯
原因很簡單，比起WG等傳統拼音，漢語拼音必須要對中文有"前置了解"才行
就像jqx c 等發音沒學過就注定要讀錯以找路問路來說，老外很有可能就講了一個人家不知道的地名（除非有搭配地圖）

而且不利於推廣台語POJ TLPA等教學
因為如果先學了漢語拼音，看到b p t k g等音
屆時學台語時，全部重來

讀日母會讀成<r>而非<zr>

雙語

台灣地名若是源自於原住民話的就應該在外語翻譯保留顯出特色
或是採雙語翻譯（甚至加上台語客語音譯）
什麼怕當地人或國人在不懂而無法交談？教啊

Malaysia is becoming a really good choice for studying abroad with UK quality courses, as there're more UK universities opening their campuses there. The fees are also attractive (less than half to those in the UK).

' "There are no credit transfer issues, no recognition issues. The programme is the same," he says.

But the [Malaysia] campus also creates a pipeline the other way, in that some undergraduates will spend a third of their degree at Reading in the UK and some graduates will go on to do masters and PhDs in the UK.

He says the establishment of the campus is already getting a message out to the world and there have been increasing student numbers from Malaysia applying to study at Reading in the UK.

Thanks a ton for the thought on realising it was a bad idea to force all schools, performing well or not, to become state-funded academies. Just in a month before England was on a verge of destroying its own established system of education we all know for. An extra acknowledgement should also be made to all MPs who choose humility over stubborn attempt to stick to the plan.

UK can have its own solutions. Don't listen too much to higher performing educational systems, especially from the Pacific Rim countries. Competitiveness is important, but so is equity.

Thailand, too, should take note that if something does not work, stop. Rolling back to older, more successful models is better. Not like they would stop using this horrendous GAT/PAT/ONET/xNET though…

I'd really rather see that written "70 years ago, USA's biggest regional ally made modern Saudi Arabia look like Eden". 'cause I guarantee you nobody is getting stoned to death or sentenced to crucifixion in Japan today.

Throughout the time I live here since 2013, there has been a radical change in the way English pupils are taught maths. After a relatively unsatisfied PISA 2012 result (published in December 2013) in comparisons to Pacific Rim countries (e.g. Korea, Japan and parts of China), English teachers had invited Shanghainese teachers to come and exchange knowledge between each other. Both of them made an agreement that they would share their teaching methods and see how it went. The plan continued, passing through various stages. Now it has been decided that English pupils will go back to the old way of learning maths, that is to incorporate some of topics to be learnt by rote, by adding more pure maths topics.

To a degree I have been disagreeing with the switch because rote learning, while proven to be effective for learners to retain memories of their knowledge, masks the real purposes in real-world applications. I hope they come up with the right balance soon, and I hope for the best in the next assessment that they will improve the overall score.

「我絕對不是鼓勵在座所有人都要帶一隻貓狗回家養，才叫做愛護動物，不是這樣的。是我們每個人，都該打開生命關懷的寬度。

今天你知道鯨豚類會守喪，你知道鯨豚類有愛的能力，也許你可以把這份愛擴及到其他海洋生物，你願意拒絕食用魚翅、拒絕使用有柔珠的洗面乳。

今天你知道鸚鵡有四歲人類的智商，且擁有愛的能力，你下次在選購雞蛋的時候，你會願意選擇人道飼養雞隻的牧場，所出產的雞蛋。

今天你告訴我，你對貓沒有感情，你真的不愛貓。我覺得那真的沒問題。但下次，當你看到鄰居在餵養街貓的時候，你可以選擇不阻止，因為你贊成這個世界上其他物種有生存的權利，貓咪有在都市生存的權利。

剛好最近在看這本書，作者利用探訪許多國家受刑人的觀點，引導讀者思考矯治的意義。因為是利用與受刑人間的互動和故事敘述，非常容易閱讀。

把一件事情做得好，是需要成本的。人力成本、場地成本、時間成本、打磨技術的金錢成本。如果做一件事情，沒有「實質回報」，

* 很少人是願意拼命去做好的。
* 或者他就只對單一事件拼命做好那麼一次，之後隨便做

甚至所謂的高品質卻零收費活動，其實真不是零付費活動，而是從衍生的相關活動回收回來，所謂的羊毛出在羊身上。

是，免費，可以為自己帶來神聖感。那也僅僅是神聖感。甚至只是麻醉劑。麻醉到自己以為這樣的標準，就可以在社會生存。

社會生存的標準是這樣的：

* 你得為其他人帶來價值
* 別人願意運用金錢，交換你的價值

是，我們都知道價格不等於價值。但是如果不把一件事情，轉成金錢成本去看整件事情，則你你會對所有的事物的判斷標準僅在於低層次的神聖滿足，自然沒有提升的動力。

自然而然，你也不會有慾望去用金錢交易任何提升自身價值的事物，而自己在低層次久了，其他人也不會認為你有任何價值，而後，永恆的停滯（品味與薪資）就變成是必然的。

We can continue to condemn the world but we are the world. We can continue to blame everything outside of us but the truth starts with each one of us. We must spend more time learning to embrace who we are and our full potential, instead of trying to control the world and everything outside of us. We should spend less time being offended and more time being grateful. Too many people are still living on old habits brought to us by our social conditioning. Too many people settle for living what they are familiar with over and over. Not many are creating new possibilities but instead giving themselves up to unconscious living. We must spend less time being victims and more time creating new ways of being, instead of repeating the experiences we are familiar with that continue to shape the same stories. We do not have to be emotional victims of our surroundings. We can transcend the limits we have set for ourselves. We can transcend who we told ourselves to be. We can exceed our own expectations if we truly believe we are more than the illusions. I do. Do you?

2年前在台北講道, 好友釋有哲上教堂找我, 朋友看見, 馬上告訴我, 一定要帶領他信耶穌! 我說, 他信啊, 他比許多基督徒更像基督徒! 我朋友馬上回一句: 可是他還是佛教徒, 還是上不了天堂! 上帝說只有基督徒才可以上天堂!

我看著他, 靜靜地說: 如果上帝這麼野蠻, 這種上帝我不信! 這種天堂我不去! 我情願和我的朋友在一起!

不是基督徒就下地獄, 永遠受苦? 這是甚麼上帝? 這種上帝和封建時代的暴君有甚麼不同? 這種上帝簡直比中國共產黨更不如!

美國著名神學家 Robert Neville, 亦是我的神學博士論文指導教授曾經說過: Monotheisms do not have a monopoly on God, 這句話一針見血。

所有的宗教都是在人間社會建構, 都有其歷史性; 所有的宗教經典都是由人間文字寫成, 都有其局限; 因此, 以為人可以壟斷對真理的敘述與絕對的掌握, 豈止妙想天開, 簡直就是狂妄!

職是之故, 我一直都在說基督教並不是唯一的真理, 或不要以為其它宗教都沒有真理, 都是邪惡的, 或恐嚇別人只要不信耶穌就下地獄。

所有宗教經典都是以人間語言為載體和媒介, 語言是工具，說了之後，還必須遠離字意，反能心領神會。所謂禪無一物，無一物不是禪，真理之光，往往就在文字變化的吊詭中透射出來。職是之故, 如果拘泥於宗教經典的文字，以為其全然表述真理，就錯得離譜，不但不能開悟，反而更加迷糊, 與真理漸行漸遠。不信你看看, 那些宗教恐怖份子與極端份子, 有那一個不是不斷引用宗教經典合理化自己行徑的?

慈悲無分別，大愛同歡喜，無論是不是基督徒，祝你幸福，願你平安。

華人有個壞習慣，套句俗語來說叫做受人點滴泉湧以報，聽起來很有道理，但結果就是任由國民黨每天肛你。

因為沒告訴你這些，所以我們以為他們曾經幫台灣做過很多好事，所以我們容忍他，他們帶著滿身大便弄髒了政壇清水，我們只好幫他找理由說是「政治很髒」。

他們偷了人民的錢，我們說「哪一個官不貪」。
他們搶了你兒子五百元，再分你一百元說要跟你買票，你說「哪有官不買票」。
他們枉顧人命偷工減料，你說「有做事就好」。
他們撒謊卸責，你說「這就是官啊」。

一切好像都變得理所當然，大家寬容的超乎想像，一份完全失去公允的課綱，甚至泛藍御用學者都直接說了改課綱是要凝聚藍軍的力量，如此黨政不分，居然還激不起民怨？

人人都寫過作文「我的志願」，但在升學主義下，有多少人能從童稚堅持到成年？21歲的陳心妍從小志願是當個「偉大的漫畫家」，懷抱對漫畫的熱情，國二就開始到同人誌展擺攤，再從二次創作走到原創。今年她不但與電視劇合作推出漫畫單行本，更受邀為美國知名漫畫周刊繪製封面。

陳心妍筆名「薪鹽」，目前還是美國加州藝術大學（CCA）動畫學系大三學生。自嘲漫畫比賽總是進不了前3名的她，今年不但與「植劇場」電視劇合作漫畫單行本，也獲邀為美國BOOM! Studios漫畫公司8月底出版的《探險活寶（Adventure Time）》周刊繪製封面。

雖然此周刊發行量並不大，但對漫迷來說堪稱「漫畫界的《GQ》」，也讓一路「陪公主練劍」的媽媽樂得說：「我女兒的志願完成3/5，雖然還不到『偉大』，但至少是『漫畫家』！」

薪鹽小一就被媽媽黃淑秀發現有繪畫天分，「一般小孩是看著卡通跟著畫，但她不用看就能畫出來。」黃淑秀說。不過送到畫室上課時，老師反應她畫畫時會自言自語，曾讓媽媽一度擔心：「要不要送去收驚？！」

其實喃喃自語，是她小腦袋瓜裡醞釀的豐富劇情：小一作業把唐詩《遊子吟》演繹成三角戀；10歲推出8頁「史詩鉅作」3部曲，吸引同學輪番借閱。而對漫畫的熱情，也因此而起：「同學稱讚我畫得可愛，從此上課努力出版，下課就努力被媽媽罵。」

薪鹽回憶，初次接觸同人誌展是小學6年級的暑假，逛個幾場下來，便萌生擺攤念頭。「我非常想要從事漫畫，但一個小學生要接觸（漫畫）很困難，看到同人展只要畫16頁、30頁就可以作成商品，我也想要賣自己的東西！」

對此，媽媽黃淑秀的第一個想法是：「你行嗎？！」她兩個小孩都念美術班，兒子成績優異，女兒卻是浮浮沉沉，但仍決定全力相挺：「只要考試成績名次擠進前10名，為娘就陪公主！」

母女倆聯手征戰同人誌展8年，寒暑場次幾乎無役不與，薪鹽笑說自己參展久到被稱「老屁股」，但作品風格逐年蛻變。最初她將自己喜歡的動漫作品拿來二次創作，但幾年前開始轉向原創，「看別人畫得比我好會吃味，所以乾脆做原創！」

不過，原創這條路走得孤寂，「要一磚一瓦慢慢自己砌，（成名）是非常慢的。」薪鹽說，知名動漫本身有基底粉絲，會因追尋這部作品而認識二創作者，讓後者快速累積粉絲、爭取到高人氣，「這場子70%是二創，那些大咖的粉絲就像紅底鞋（法國鞋品牌Christian Louboutin）出聯名款來搶，從早上排到下午！」

商業眼光精明的黃淑秀便怨嘆：「畫二創比較賣，但她不願意，只想走自己的路，」不忘對女兒喊話：「你也讓我當一個排隊場的媽媽，我期待有這一天！」話雖如此，薪鹽卻靠原創功力受到廠商注意，高中就幫動畫公司畫分鏡，這次與電視劇的合作，也是在同人誌場被挖掘。

「雖然同人誌展都是孩子在玩，但也是實力展現的平台，出版社和廠商會進來找人才，也有很多貼圖與LINE漫畫作家在這裡被挖掘。」薪鹽坦言，比賽、參展都是為將來鋪路，而每回參展也能賺到5位數零用金，更能與粉絲面對面接觸、認識各方廠商與高手。

舉辦Comic World TW（CWT）多年的同人誌數位公司經理鄭文福則認為，創作者雖有同人展當舞台，但想邁向商業化，需要更廣泛的讀者群。「我看著薪鹽一路走過來，為了創作努力學習各種技法，但從同人走向大眾市場需要調適，更貼近讀者才能有更大的粉絲群。」

部份成年人在自己畢業離開學校後，就離知識追求與探索世界這條道路越來越遠。在面對人生議題與世界樣貌的快速轉變時，能夠拿得出來與之對話映照的，就只剩下模模糊糊的、很久沒有更新的初級知識，還有因為歲月所帶給自己的自信。就是那種「我走過的橋比你走過的路還多」的倚老賣老，加上隨意放大自己的好惡，成為一種根深蒂固的偏見，再將己身的偏見與誤解的宗教教義、偽科學與說不清楚的道德觀結合，然後形成一種霸凌孩子、霸凌親友，霸凌家長會、霸凌老師、然後同時霸凌社會的惡質勢力。

如果我們心目中所謂的惡棍就是殺人搶劫，那還是形於外的壞。如果因為教育程度不高、知識水平不高，所以無力面對複雜的世界變動，而且容易被煽動，那也還算情有可原。但若稍具一點高等教育水平，表面看起來理性溫和，還能寫文章、架網站、花錢登廣告、然後散播謠言與惡意，那才是深入肌理骨髓毀壞社會文明的毒瘤。

新聞記者的穿雜，明明只是單純因情生變，想要挽回與七仔之間的感情，進行了殉情，卻變成了社會政治新聞。因為剛好是台灣政權交接的時候，由國民黨變成了民進黨，李登輝變成了陳水扁，結果了國民黨數十年的統治，代表的意思很深。

也證明記者的亂象，並不是現在才開始，而是過去就有的情況，只不過近年來變得越來越嚴重，浮出了水面，沒有所謂的事實，只憑推測就猜測出對新聞的想法與立場，製造出聳動又驚人的標題，吸引觀眾來看，結果看完之後才發現不是這麼一回事，有被欺騙的感覺。

所謂的獨家消息，也只不過是種口號而已，來源說不定還是自己新聞台的創作，到底是不是真的，有什麼需要，也根本沒有人重視。

一邊是感情、悲嘆七仔如何放棄了他，一邊是時事、明明是單純的跳樓卻變成全國矚目，圍觀群眾眼見這人沒有跳樓的行動心生不滿，還癱瘓交通妨礙救災，卻不覺得這樣子不好，有著別人在吃米粉卻喊燙的心態，其實這樣子的事情也不是只有歌詞中才會發生。不如說是武雄的歌詞很寫實，道出了台灣的社會新聞生態，到底人死不死還是這個社會，又會變成了什麼樣子，民眾根本不重視這些事情，更何況是政治人物。

一個社會事件就佔滿整個版本，整個時段的電視新聞，好像全台灣的人就注意這件事，原來十多年前的歌曲，就已經發現該情況，為什麼我們近幾年才有這種感覺，其中不時加入的七仔，不停的吶喊與大叫，如同說出人民對於民主的想法，明明聽起來是充滿自由的。

文跡奇武是張很帶種的專輯，因為據武雄老師與施文彬大哥的說法，當時的老闆並沒有透過外國的原版權人購買使用權，所以是等於半盜版的情況，當然這是唱片公司亂搞之下的產物，反正版權這方面可以看看下面的文章，他們只是照著寫歌唱歌。比較神奇的是老闆在專輯後就火速跑路，馬上不見人影，他們該拿的薪水也沒有拿，這代表過去的時代的確擁有這些亂像，要付錢給誰往往不知道。

建議水利主管機關將「暴雨水逕流管理」（Stormwater Runoff Management ）列為未來「防洪減災」工作之核心，建立一個兼具命令控制與市場誘因之「暴雨水出流量管制」制度，要求所有建築基地不透水地面之地主承擔暴雨水滯留責任：

(1) 新發展地區必需符合「逕流量零增加，且出流量需小於允許排水量」之規定，始能獲得開發或建築許可。

(2) 再發展地區或都市更新地區，應在基地內設置滯留系統，至少容納「允許排水量」之50%，其餘50%之滯留責任，可以選擇「移地滯留」（Off-Site Retention）、購買「暴雨水滯留信用」(Stormwater Retention Credits，SRCs)、或繳納「代金」（in-lieu fee , ILF）方式履行。

(3) 建成區因基地已發展，滯洪條件受限，基地滯洪責任之履行，可以「移地滯留」（Off-Site Retention）、購買「暴雨水滯留信用」(Stormwater Retention Credits，SRCs)、或繳納「代金」（in-lieu fee , ILF）方式為之。

(4) 鼓勵私人創造「暴雨水滯留信用」(Stormwater Retention Credits，SRCs)，這包括：鼓勵新發展地區額外提供暴雨水滯留量；或將已發展地區之不透水地面改變為自然覆蓋或透水地面，以創造暴雨水滯留量；或於未開發地區設置滯洪系統，創造暴雨水滯留量。這些暴雨水滯留量之所有權人，可向政府申請核發「暴雨水滯留信用」；並由政府輔導建立「暴雨水滯留信用交易市場」，以利暴雨水滯留信用之交易。

這個論點以前也有討論過很多次哪。:Ｐ仇女簡單可以分兩種，一種是有對象，一種是沒對象的，通常都是吃了他們「目標族群女性」的虧之後，才轉向仇女的。但就和女孩也會比較不同男朋友之間的話題一樣，只要是有比較，人的偏好就會出來，很難不讓很多男生選擇的「目標族群」就會比較偏向那幾個面向。我只能說，這事情和昨天講的老奶奶81歲寫APP的事情類似，要就不放棄自己的人生繼續努力，不然就是放棄人生，這中間牽涉的事情太多太多了。我下個小註解，部份男性「仇女」和部份人「放棄人生」，這兩個人生的策略不但錯誤的，也沒有建設性，不會為你的婚戀生活、工作與人生帶來啥幫助。就這篇的主要命題而言，不去仇女，改變你的目標族群，不要只想著要幹怎樣的人，才比較有機會碰到適合彼此的對象吧。

雖然說選舉人團會有普選票贏但是落選的問題，但是考量到美國是一個聯邦國，直接普選可能會產生一拖拉庫的州支持的人選被單一一個州大逆轉的的情形也是必須要考慮的。基本邏輯應該是聯邦的組成是州，因此在聯邦總統選舉中表達意思的是州本身，大選只是在決定各州要投誰，不過在這邏輯底下要顧及票票等值，又要避免小州的力量被大州稀釋也是難題就是了。
上次看到影片說懷俄明州一票價值是加州的三倍，中華民國馬祖列島的立委選票可是有新竹縣的40倍價值呢0.<
其他聯邦國家大多不熟，不過如果是內閣制國家的話以德國為例，眾議員就一樣各選各的就好了，不會有這種問題，總統則是用另一個非直選的國會來選，不過德國總統的選制應該也是滿罕見的就是了
