好的，什麼時候我們可以拿掉遍布全台灣的「中正路」、「介壽路」、「中山路」，還有許多用中國地名命名的路名呢？

本土的地名與歷史人物有賤到不值得使用嗎？

用一個殘害無數無辜人民的獨裁者作為路名只是給人看笑話。我相信德國沒有一條路是以阿道夫‧希特勒來命名的。

🐶 哈囉，來吶！你坐啊！

🐶 但別坐著都不動喔！


🐶 總柴跟大家說，當坐姿連續 6 小時以上，就是久坐。　
🐶 久坐可能增加心臟病、中風、糖尿病及代謝症候等非傳染性疾病的罹患率，也會造成骨骼的傷害與肌肉的退化，血液循環不佳，甚至會使思考變遲鈍並影響心理健康喔！


🐶 記得時不時伸展一下、動一動，也記得要規律運動喔！
