章魚吞掉鯊魚~章魚哥果然厲害

這是美國的一個水族館，因為要清理鯊魚缸子，

所以把鯊魚都先放到章魚區。

他們認為章魚溫馴，所以不會有事，

後來發現鯊魚都失蹤了！而且竟然找不到遺體。

章魚吞掉鯊魚，這條鯊魚被章魚吞掉了

經過調閱監視器的情況，才看到這條鯊魚被章魚吞掉的畫面。

而那隻章魚，應該是在太平洋靠近美國的海域的章魚。

由於當地雌章魚少，公的找不到交配的伴侶，

體型就會一直變大~一直變大~~~

章魚吞掉鯊魚，應該是鮫或稱鮫鯊

所以說… 那不是大鯊魚，那應該是鮫或稱鮫鯊。

體長約14呎 0.9頓（成年），而那隻鯊魚還小…

章魚能夠吞掉鯊魚，證明章魚哥還是很厲害的！

章魚全身上下的吸盤神經都是獨立的，不須經由大腦指揮，
而且章魚的皮膚神經有很多條，所以他們能夠控制皮膚顏色，
還能改變外型（擬化珊瑚礁），而章魚的吸盤吸附力也很強，
他會把獵物拉進口邊，用強力的口器破壞獵物。

【阿鏘】某些人類很像海鞘。

海鞘的生命分兩階段，一開始為了活下去會努力游努力吃飽努力避免被吃，直到找到一個可以吃飽飽又安全的地方。

接著海鞘就會把自己一端固定住，張開嘴食物就會隨海流漂來，這時候也就不需要超級消耗能量的大腦了，於是海鞘就把自己的大腦給消化掉了。

那些在海中五顏六色看起來美美的海鞘，都曾經是努力求生有大腦的呢！

這個是在二手店挖到的大嘴海鞘模型，我真的愛死這種長得像黃金ㄤㄤ包的魔性海鞘。

再美的皮毛穿在動物本體身上很好看，但其實人類穿，芝麻覺得非常難看和俗氣… 愛用皮草用品的人怎麼這麼愛裝大猩猩( ´･_･`) 當個人不好嗎…

🦊赤狐是最常見也是體型最大的一種狐狸~

牠們機警聰明，行事小心翼翼，還懂得裝死w 芝麻很久之前也在動物系列畫過關於赤狐的介紹！可以說狐狸是生存技巧極高超的一種動物哦w

🦊銀狐是很罕見的一種狐狸！

其實牠們不是一個新品種，而是患了黑化症的赤狐，所以雖然叫「銀」狐，但其實毛髮主色為黑色。鼻子，耳朵，四肢和尾巴更深色哦~

🦊灰狐就是和赤狐不同的品種了~

灰狐一般出沒在北美和南美地區，是種野生狐狸，喜歡獨自行動。嗅覺和聽覺都很靈敏，據說還很擅長爬樹哦！就像是森林裡的小精靈呢 ٩( 'ω' )و

🦊大理石狐大家可能比較少聽說，芝麻找到的資料也不太多(´･ω･｀)

聽說牠們其實是赤狐的亞種，和銀狐一樣就是換個毛色的赤狐。大理石花紋大多分布在牠們的背脊、前額、耳廓和眼睛周圍，還會有不同顏色的。這種狐狸是人工培殖出來，不是野生狐狸，外國也有人會當寵物飼養。

但這美麗的毛色招來的更多是禍害… 牠們成為政商名流虛榮心下的犧牲品，大理石狐的養殖場也越來越多了… (´；д；`)

🦊十字狐芝麻覺得不像是現實會出現的動物w

這個配色也太大膽了! 簡直像是神獸一樣 (;ﾟдﾟ) 像黑熊一樣，十字狐的前肩、背部，也有黑色的十字花紋。

據說十字狐都是混血兒，是由不同毛色的狐狸交配所生的~ 所以有很多個變種哦！

🦊北極狐也稱作白狐和雪狐~大家應該都滿熟悉吧(❁´▽`❁)

在極地生活的牠除了人類外幾乎沒有天敵，全身有濃密溫暖的毛皮，甚至腳底也有長毛！能在北極攝氏零下4、50度的低溫存活下來。

但同樣的，也這身毛皮招致了人類的毒手… 純白的美美毛髮對某些人來說太吸引了，所以北極狐一直都是非法捕獵者的頭號獵物…

希望所有人都文明一點 ( ´ ー｀) 不要為了虛榮心要動物受害了…

I came across this video made by @foxguardians this morning!

Are any of these sounds familiar to you? Besides the vixen call these are just part of our everyday ambiance here at the house. The snorting sound made by one of the foxes in a garden is Fig’s specialty. I’ve never heard another fox make this sound so that was exciting to hear!

《＃法蘭克的野生印度》今晚8點！

本集節目中，法蘭克受到莫瓦利族人的招待，享用了天然蜂蜜。接著介紹了魚雷蛙🐸、無毒的沙蚺、褐鷹鴞🦅與印度眼鏡蛇🐍。印度眼鏡蛇跟眼鏡王蛇不一樣，不但會飛撲攻擊獵物，背後還有笑臉圖案。法蘭克接著到了紅樹林區，介紹了神奇的彈塗魚，也明白村民會避開水位高漲之時，免得被孟加拉虎攻擊。他訪談了曾被老虎襲擊的村民，了解潛入深水可以躲避攻擊。

法蘭克在本集總算是完成了這趟奇幻的印度之旅！就如李安導演的電影《少年派的奇幻漂流》中的台詞：「那個讓我生存下來的理查德‧帕克，那個讓我痛苦、使我害怕的兇狠的夥伴，竟直向前走沒有回頭，永遠消失在我的生命裡。」而希望現實世界中的孟加拉虎，可以永遠在這世界上美麗地活著！

【歐美亂供】人類歷史上充滿了大量的戰爭、種族清洗和恐怖攻擊，許多人因此主張我們是最擅長自相殘殺的物種，然後開始檢討人類的殘暴和罪惡。

然而事實卻跟大家想的不太一樣，人類不但在謀殺排行榜上榜上無名，並且跟地表最強內鬥大師狐蒙比起來，大概是連車尾燈都看不太到。

科學家曾經對一千多種哺乳類動物的暴力行為作出調查，在被同類殺死的機率上，狐獴穩居第一，每五隻就有一隻是被謀殺而死。相較起來，遠古人類就和平許多，只有2%，現代人更是只有0.1%

這麼高的謀殺率要從他們的社會生態說起，狐獴在面對外敵時非常團結，會彼此通風報信，必要時甚至會犧牲自己幫同伴擋刀，但在內部統治上卻也十分殘暴獨裁，堪稱內鬥內行，外鬥也內行的典範。

狐獴族群由最強的狐獴女王領導，然後再選出優質雄性作為他的副手兼老公，在群體中只有女王可以生育，如果有其他的狐獴偷生，他們的孩子會被找出來殺掉。

社會地位排行大概是這樣：女王＞老公＞他們的嬰兒＞其他狐獴，差不多就是一個簡化版的專制政權。

由於繁殖是領導階層的特權，想辦法上位就成為所有狐獴的目標，而他們競爭的方式就是：大胃王比賽

體重是狐獴戰鬥力的重要指標，通常都是最大隻的狐獴才能坐上領導者的寶座，因此如何努力吃胖，卻又不會胖到跑不動被抓走是每隻狐獴的必修課程。

大部分狐獴的策略是敵不動我不動，由於每天都會追逐跟摔跤，可以監測彼此的體重和力量，如果發現有人的體重突然飆高，或是發生女王駕崩之類的重大事件，才會開始努力吃胖，直到出現一個明顯的勝利者

此外，狐獴是沒有求偶行為的，雄性領導者如果想要交配，通常會直接把對方爆打一頓證明自己的力量，然後再抓住脖子強制進行，雖然不知道女王的感想如何，但還真的是蠻暴力的…

而如果懷孕的是其他非女王的雌性狐獴，雖然生下來的小孩有很高的機率會被滅族，但作為回報，底層的雌性狐獴常常會想辦法殺掉女王的後代，不過一旦這種行為被發現往往都會被處死或是放逐。

簡言之，狐獴領導者對違規產子的大屠殺，以及底層狐獴暗殺女王後代的行為讓他們成為謀殺率最高的物種

這給了我一些新的想法，我們常在電視上看到狐獴左顧右盼的畫面，或許那根本不是在站哨

而是一隻在觀察附近是否有目擊證人的殺手狐獴

排行比較前面的通常都是靈長類，再來是齧齒類還有大型肉食性動物（獅子、狼）。

翻譯很麻煩，基本上就是：

* 熊貓、紅熊貓 (像是熊的貓 → Red panda體型近似貓)

* 貓熊、小貓熊、紅貓熊 (像是貓的熊 → Red panda看起來像是熊可是體型像貓)

另外根據Firefox火狐瀏覽器官方說法，他們之所以取名火狐，是因為Red Panda的別名Fire Fox。

最近是南露脊鯨（Southern right whale）的遷徙季節，會在阿根廷巴塔哥尼亞附近海域出沒，一隻南露脊鯨近日被發現主動靠近遊客槳板，還輕輕觸碰讓槳板向前滑動，彷彿在跟遊客玩耍、共舞，牠甚至還慢慢靠近岸邊，讓遊客感到又驚又喜。水上運動業者直言這種景象相當難得，因為刻意滑橡皮艇或槳板去尋找南露脊鯨是被禁止的。南露脊鯨被華盛頓公約（CITES）列入瀕危等級，目前估約有10,000隻生活在南半球的溫寒帶海域。

阿根廷東部馬德林港（Puerto Madryn）是巴塔哥尼亞海岸最受保護的地區，是每年5月到12月的著名賞鯨地點，甚至享有「鯨魚之城」的美名。當地旅遊部長格羅索（Marcos Grosso）表示，今年已有1600多隻南露脊鯨進入馬德林港海岸。

我們曾花費五年的時間，在加拿大的班夫國家公園（Banff National Park）到處尋找猞猁（lynx）的蹤影。每當好不容易找到一隻，往往才要拿起相機，猞猁就已經一溜煙消失無蹤。所以，當我遇到不只一隻、而是兩隻猞猁時，不難想像我有多興奮！猞猁外表很有特色，是我最喜歡的動物，而牠們倆一前一後、一高一低剛好相疊的樣子，更是令人忍不住想笑。

We met by accident when the kittens were about ten weeks old—which began a story that has lasted for years. Each day the family’s routine was similar. Every afternoon, when the sun began to get lower in the sky and the Texas heat began to wane, Momcat and her kittens would emerge from under the house. Momcat would groom them as they romped and played, and then they'd all head to the water bowl. 關於貓為什麼沒能演化出辨認人臉的能力，這邊還有一個挺有趣的解釋：
　　
要知道，養貓的風氣其實是在近一百年左右，才逐漸普及到全世界。在這之前，除了埃及等特別崇尚貓的地區，貓和人類的相處模式，比較接近「互不侵犯」的概念：你幫我抓抓老鼠，我也就睜一隻眼閉隻眼讓你在家裡住，但除此之外三餐還請自理。
　　
反觀人類和狗狗就比較親密了，為了訓練狗狗進行各種輔助工作，我們會盡量提供狗狗溫飽，而狗狗在經過這樣幾千年的馴化後，逐漸變得更依賴人類，也慢慢習得各種與人類交流的技能，包括認臉。
　　
換句話說，和狗狗相比，貓的馴化程度是真的不高，所以才有個說法是：現在的貓和幾千年前的貓根本沒什麼差別。

根據Natioal Geographic（國家地理）的研究，基因最接近狼的狗狗並不是臉和長嘯都很像野狼的哈士奇，也不是我們俗稱做「狼狗」的德國牧羊犬，而是一臉呆萌又帶點神經質的蠢柴啊！(;ﾟдﾟ)

如果你家裡有柴柴主子，立即看看牠……有看得出狼的氣質嗎？www🐺

根據研究，柴犬起源於亞洲、非洲、中東，在遺傳基因上跟狼的基因極為接近哦。(;ﾟдﾟ)

是位於犬種基因排列中"WOLFLIKE"行列的最頂端。

那麼第二是哈士奇了嗎？也不是哦！ლ(๏‿๏ ◝ლ)

而是毛茸茸臉超蠢萌的鬆獅犬～！

第三是跟柴柴的臉有幾分相似的秋田犬～

再其次是阿拉斯加雪橇犬、巴辛吉犬、中國沙皮犬

來到第7位才是大家公認最像狼的哈士奇哦！

至於外表也滿像狼的狼犬「德國牧羊犬」和狼的親緣關係卻很遠的～只能說是遠親～

比起像狼德牧，應該說是更像「英國獒犬」。

這類犬種比較適合用作訓練為軍犬或警犬噠～

ps. 再來一個小知識！

Mycena interrupta, commonly known as the pixie's parasol, is a species of mushroom. It has a Gondwanan distribution pattern, being found in Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia and Chile. In Australia, it is found in Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, and South Australia, and in Queensland where its distribution is limited to Lamington National Park.

全身上下都顯瘦，肚子一捏全是肉，堪稱是人生在世最無解的一腫哀愁。

但不只是你，其實所有貓科猛獸腰間都掛有一層霸氣側肉，這坨肥肉有個厲害的專有名詞叫「太初原生袋」（Primordial Pouch）。考慮到這稱呼太饒舌、太專業，我們姑且叫它「貓貓霹靂包」。

在殘酷的大自然中，狩獵並不容易，野生貓貓往往是三天不開張、開張吃三天，因此一有機會吃飽，就要把脂肪存進腰包。

可貓貓霹靂包不是尋常鮪魚肚：它的表皮張弛有度、伸縮自如，不但不會妨礙貓咪追趕跑跳蹦，甚至有利祂們跳得更高跑得更快。

此外，貓咪在打架時不喜歡拼拳，更愛用前腳鎖喉、後腳猛踢對手中路。如果有一層鬆垮垮的腰內肉做緩衝，就能避免脆弱的內臟遭到爆擊。

因為貓貓霹靂包功能齊全，幾乎所有貓咪都會掛上一圈，你也不能據此嫌棄你家貓吃得太肥。

我想這故事似乎也在提醒我們：

你執著的「理想身材」，或許並不合理，只要能身體健康無虞，你的生活品質實在不必被扭曲的審美觀挾持──請學學貓貓，為自己的小肚子感到驕傲。

給大家一個怎麼從肚子判斷貓咪胖不胖的標準：因為太初原生袋結構很鬆散，所以正常體重的貓，在走路時反而肚子會有點搖晃，反觀那些肥貓肚子更圓更結實，走路也看不太出來會搖晃了。

跟一般常見貓咪是垂直瞳孔（所以善於夜行性與暗處狩獵）不一樣，他們是圓形瞳孔、白天活動，主要出沒於黃昏。擅於伏擊。

身上有如大衣般的毛茸茸外皮一路遮到肚子，有利於在雪地或是結霜地面行走而不受寒。

This #anglerfish treated the E/V Nautilus team with views of its impressive jaw structure and other evolutionary advancements on an unnamed eastern seamount of the Liliʻuokalani Ridge. Also known as #seatoads, these bottom-dwelling fishes are found on hard and soft substrate in the world's oceans including this Pacific ancient volcanic slope. What may seem like legs are actually modified pelvic fins that help them move along the seafloor. Look closely and you can also spot the infamous lure that anglerfish use to attract prey towards their gaping mouths, usually via #bioluminescence.

These unexplored seamounts sit within and just outside #PapahānaumokuākeaMarineNationalMonument. The Monument is the largest contiguous fully protected conservation area under the U.S. flag, and one of the largest #marineconservationareas in the world. #Papahānaumokuākea is not only of great importance to Native Hawaiians, but it also supports an incredible diversity of coral, fish, birds, marine mammals and other flora and fauna, many of which are unique to the #HawaiianIsland chain.

[MBARI] Dragonfish lurk in the dark depths 🐉🐟🖤⁠

During a recent expedition aboard our research vessel Western Flyer, MBARI’s science team encountered a beautifully bronze deep-sea dragon. Meet the highfin dragonfish, Bathophilus flemingi.⁠
⁠
MBARI researchers have observed a few different dragonfishes in the depths of Monterey Bay, but this one is the rarest we’ve encountered. We’ve only seen this particular species four times in more than three decades of deep-sea research and more than 27,600 hours of video! We spotted this individual just outside of Monterey Bay at about 300 meters (980 feet).⁠

Bathophilus flemingi can be up to 16.5 centimeters (6.5 inches) long. Its fins have long, thin rays. Scientists suspect those wing-like filaments may sense vibrations in the water, alerting the fish when predators or prey are approaching. They likely provide stability and keep the fish from sinking while it lies in wait for food. These dragons don’t have scales—they have smooth, dark skin. Research by MBARI and our collaborators has revealed the pigments in the skin of some deep-sea dragonfishes are some of the blackest blacks found in nature, all the better to camouflage in the ocean’s midnight zone. ⁠

人生在世，總是會不斷遇到阻擋在我們面前的高牆。然而，啄木鳥卻是過著刻意撞牆的日子。

棲息於北美洲的啄木鳥，可以用每秒高達二十次的驚人速度快速啄木，而且據說，牠們每天啄木的次數竟然多達一萬二千次。

在啄木的過程中，啄木鳥每次所承受的撞擊力大約是 1,200 公克，這樣的撞擊力道，相當於在時速 25 公里的速度下，用臉撞牆的感覺。

一般來說，人類在受到 150 公克的撞擊力道衝擊下便會暈倒。

事實上，讓舒瓦布教授感興趣的並不是啄木鳥會不會頭痛這件事，而是啄木鳥的眼睛為什麼不會因為撞擊而受傷？

舒瓦布教授表示，啄木鳥在演化過程中，已經發展出數個能夠保護自己不受衝擊傷害的生理特徵。主要的生理特徵如下：

◎啄木鳥的腦部組織與人類不同，是完整地充滿了整個顱骨。

啄木鳥的腦部組織周圍幾乎沒有脊髓液，並不像人類的腦部組織是漂浮在脊髓液當中，因此當啄木鳥在受到撞擊時，腦部組織並不會因亂漂亂撞而受到損傷。

這項生理特徵也使啄木鳥尤其可以承受來自正前方的衝擊。

◎下顎周圍的組織構造宛如能夠吸收衝擊力的緩衝墊。

啄木鳥的下顎是透過強力的肌肉與顱骨連接。在開始啄木前的千分之一秒時，這些肌肉便會收縮，發揮緩衝的功能。

◎啄木鳥與人類一樣，在眼睛外側具有兩片眼瞼，但啄木鳥的眼睛內側還多出了一片眼瞼。

這片內眼瞼的構造相當厚，不僅可以保護啄木鳥的眼睛不會在啄木時被飛濺的破碎木片刺傷，也能像安全帶一樣固定住眼球。

若是沒有這片內眼瞼，不僅啄木鳥的眼球可能會飛出眼眶，甚至還會因為啄木速度過快而造成視網膜破裂。另外，啄木鳥的眼球外側相較起來偏硬，也可以防止視網膜隨便轉動。

美國今年2月受到極端氣候影響，氣溫變得更加低溫寒冷，造成許多河流、湖泊瞬間結冰，一名網友先前曾在結冰的湖面看到一堆神秘的突起物，靠近一看才發現，原來這些湖面突起物竟是「鱷魚」的鼻子，鱷魚在湖面結冰前露出鼻子呼吸，靠冬眠的方式來維持生命，這招極地求生術讓不少網友看了大吃一驚。

一名女網友尚巴赫（Jessica Schambach）發文表示，有人在奧克拉荷馬州野生動物保護區（Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation）的湖泊，拍下驚人的一幕，一大片結冰的湖面上，冒出一堆黑色的不明突起物，原本以為是發生什麼奇怪現象，走近被冰封的湖面一看才知道，原來這些突起物都是鱷魚的鼻子。

根據《聯合新聞網》報導，網友表示，這些湖裡的鱷魚似乎能預知湖水何時會結冰，在結冰前將吻顎抬高露出湖面，接著進入冬眠狀態。由於鱷魚是爬蟲類無法調節體溫，加上美國部分地區湖面經常下雪結冰，鱷魚將鼻子露出湖面，在冰凍的湖水中維持不動，降低體溫跟新陳代謝，用最低能量維持心跳，把自己給「半冷凍」起來，等待湖面冰層融化後，就能恢復活力，特殊的極地求生術，讓網友驚嘆不已。

真的是太吃驚了！一名女子在網路上訂購了3個椰子螺想好好料理一番，沒想到卻意外發現螺肉裡竟然有一顆重達4.52克的稀世之寶「美樂珠」，有珠寶商聽聞後隨即開價約44萬新台幣向她收購，不過雙方對於價格還沒達成協議。

據多家陸媒報導，安徽省銅陵市一名邢姓女子在網路上花85元人民幣（約377元新台幣）購買3顆椰子螺，準備料理時卻發現螺內有異物，她開螺取出後發現是一顆橘黃色圓潤飽滿的珠子，她雖然不知道是什麼東西，但覺得這顆珠子很漂亮，因此拍下影片與網友分享，想不到珠子的畫面被轉傳後，有珠寶商與她聯絡，並詢問她願不願意出售。

邢姓女子隨後上網搜尋，才知這是一顆極罕見、有珍珠之王之稱的「美樂珠」（Melo Pearl）。邢姓女子受訪時表示，這顆美樂珠重量約有4.52公克重，目前有珠寶商出價10萬人民幣（約44萬新台幣），她也感覺自己很幸運。不過陸媒也報導，雙方價格尚未談攏，因此目前這顆美樂珠還沒賣出。

而「美樂珠」又稱龍珠或火焰珠，無法透過人工養殖出產，只能在螺內自然生成，因此價格不斐。2003年香港一場拍賣會上，一顆重約20公克、相當於100.4克拉的美樂珠以270萬美元（約8230萬元台幣）成交，創下單顆珍珠成交的世界紀錄。

對於這樣天降寶珠的天大好事，瞬間掀起熱議，不少人羨慕忌妒恨，不過也有網友質疑現在的椰子螺大多是養殖的，不太可能產得出美樂珠，還有人酸「珠寶騙術」、「椰子螺滯銷，幫幫我們」、「應該又是個假消息，異想天開的事情，大家都去買椰子螺，有人笑得合不攏嘴了」。

- I think that the reason many people here interpret cats' expressions as contemptuous is that they don't realize the significance of partly-closed or slitted eyes. That might mean contempt coming from a human, but for a cat it is an expression of love and trust. If the cat can relax its eyes around you (and lower its vigilance), that means it is happy and affectionate.

[BBC News] A new study has shown that cats have up to 276 different facial expressions - some of which they share with humans. 😼

Researchers at University of California in Los Angeles have been investigating the different types of facial expressions cats use to communicate with each other.

Humans have around 44 unique facial movements, but their total number of expressions isn't known, so it’s hard to compare cats with us - but we do know that chimpanzees have around 357 unique expressions.

The team also found that cats have some expressions in common with humans - and think they may have picked them up from their 10,000 year history of living with us.

位於美國德州聖體市的海岸近日出現引發不少關注，原因是有民眾在當地發現大量詭異生物，乍看有如眼球一般且底下還連了一條線，照片曝光後在網路上引發討論。對此，專家則警告，該生物也被稱做「麵條怪」，提醒民眾若遇到「千萬別觸碰」。

根據《都市日報》報導，德州聖體市（Corpus Christi）附近沙灘日前出現大量詭異生物，從照片中可以看到，該生物外型奇特，有如長了尾巴的眼球一般，墨西哥灣哈特研究所科學家圖納爾（Jace Tunnell）表示，該生物實際上是名為「Rhizophysa」的管水母生物，又被外界稱為「麵條怪」（Spaghetti Monsters）。

圖納爾解釋，「麵條怪」是由多個水母體及水螅體組合而成的群落，並非單一生物，體型較小，因此出沒時不容易被發現，主要生活於公海，每年3、4月有時會被沖上岸。圖納爾提醒，民眾若看到該生物別伸手觸碰，若不慎被螫傷刺痛感會持續約1個小時。

Rescuers save a football-sized swollen hedgehog

A hedgehog has had to be deflated by rescuers after swelling up to the size of a football.

The female hedgehog - which had got so big it was spotted from a bus - was found in a field in Gloucestershire.

She was then taken to a hedgehog rescue centre where she was diagnosed with balloon syndrome - caused by gas collecting under the skin.

The hedgehog was otherwise in good health and a needle was used to release some of the trapped air, successfully deflating her!

The hedgehog has now been named Bounce.
