最近兩個月簽了不少匯率的聯合聲明
聯合聲明第一段都以「可信賴的夥伴」開頭
然後以「以免阻礙國際收支之有效調整或取得不公平的競爭優勢」做結尾

看起是美國跟日本談完，就叫大家排隊簽一簽類似的
這樣是不是沒大事了？

2. 週五晚上你看到台幣突然升1-2%
那不是「台北匯市的台幣」而是離岸遠期合約(offshore NDF)的價格
央行只管本地(onshore)、不會去管這條離岸價
台幣本地(onshore)匯市只經由「台北外匯、元太外匯」兩家經紀
交易時間為平日 9-12 & 14-16
這才是官方匯率(三竹的台匯 NTDD = 台北外匯)
你晚上在三竹看到一直跳的那條「台幣/NTBD」
是接離岸遠期合約報價(NDF/CFD之類)
在香港、新加坡、倫敦那邊24小時在交易
簡單說：
白天台匯是央行管的場子
晚上那條24小時跳的「台幣」是外資在國外自己打架
央行根本沒在那裡下單
