Dear Cancer, the past years have been tough ones, mainly because heavy duty planets in cardinal signs (Aries, Libra, Cancer, Capricorn) have been waging battles with one another, on and off, since 2008. You've not had much cosmic help - not until now. In this glorious month, Jupiter, the giver of gifts and luck, will enter Cancer for the first time since mid-2001 to mid-2002. None of the other planets have stood still since those years, so the experience coming up now for you will be new. The point is, the planet of gifts, luck, and even miracles, is about to enter Cancer this month, on June 25, to stay until July 16, 2014.

You can expect to get an exciting chance to travel, possibly overseas, in the coming twelve months, and to enjoy noticeably improved health. If you are looking for love, having a once-in-twelve-year visit of Jupiter in your sign will make you catnip to just the kind of romantic interest you had in mind - completely irresistible. Your career should become a bit better, and you seem to be able to negotiate a generous salary in the coming two months.

In our lifetime we only get eight such visits from Jupiter (assuming you live to 96), but I have no idea at precisely what point you entered into this cycle. You may have been much too little to enjoy the first visit from Jupiter in Cancer. When you later will be in your late eighties or nineties, you won't likely be able to enjoy the full effects of Jupiter in Cancer either, although this planet will boost your health. That leaves six years in your lifetime that will sparkle like emeralds - this coming twelve months is one of those years. Influential people will want to help you, and suddenly you will no longer feel that you are battling conditions alone in every corner of your life.

As you begin June, you won't have any clue that so much good is on the way. June will start off quietly, with many planets filling your house of privacy and refection. It is an ideal time to strategize how you would like to navigate your life in the coming year.

The ancient astrologers always wrote about how important it was to plan your life and to reflect on what is truly important to you. If you cannot envision your future, you may not have the future you want. The first three weeks of June will give you that chance to imagine a variety of possibilities. Next month will bring the new moon in Cancer, July 8. I will admit, before you get to that new moon, the first week of July won't be easy. The planets will be clanging and banging from July 1 to July 4, and then again at the new moon July 8 and in the days that follow. The reason things won't be easy that new moon in Cancer will be in hard angle to Uranus. Don't expect things to change inside out with the snap of your fingers. However, do expect your efforts to have greater force and impact on others. No one will ignore you, and you won't feel invisible (as we all feel sometimes).

For the first time in a long time, you will have luck on your side. Furthermore, Mars will enter Cancer on July 13 until August 27, a time you will be able to take the lead as the other signs step back and let you have take a leadership position and call the shots. In terms of your career, I love the first few days of June, when Uranus will help your career on June 1, and then even more, when Mars in Cancer will signal Uranus in Aries on June 16 - the days leading to this Sunday date, Thursday, June 13, and Friday, June 14, will help you leap ahead suddenly, much to your surprise.

This month, we have the luckiest day of the year, June 19. It is falling in Gemini, 28 degrees 32 minutes, on June 19 at noon in New York City. (If you live far from the US, say, in Asia or Australia, for example, June 19 may push to June 20, so check the world clock online, comparing your city to noon in New York City EDT.) When it comes to Jupiter conjunct the Sun, that golden, magical conjunction, you need to catch the energy as it is climbing and building, not when it has yet peaked and starting to slide down the mountain. Knowing this, you should also note Monday, June 17, and Tuesday, June 18, two great days.

Although the conjunction is in Gemini, it will fall so late in the sign - 28 degrees 32 minutes. Since planets can only go to 29 degrees 59 minutes, I will say that it is close enough to an out of sign conjunction to Cancers born June 21 to June 24. If your birthday has been named, you should plan something important for that day - an interview or presentation, for example - for you will find yourself at the right place at the right time, dear Cancer. If you were not born during those dates, you will find the luckiest days of the year could bring a confidential meeting that portends much luck and success for you in the future. You may also experience a breakthrough.

Your partner, in love or business, will be your entire focus at the full moon June 23. You may be getting engaged or married, or drawing closer to your one-and-only. This full moon is mainly friendly with a beautiful beam to Saturn, giving you a yen to plan for your long-term future, and Neptune, to inspire you to envision the future in a creative way. Pluto will be close to the full moon, so you may find a partner heavy-handed or pushy, but only if you were born within four days of July 1. If you do have a birthday that falls at that time, do not let anyone push to you to do something that you really don't want to do. Keep talking - you now have Jupiter to help you.

Your ship has come in, dear Cancer. After months - or even years - of tough times, Jupiter, the planet of good fortune, will arrive in Cancer for a full year's stay, from June 25, 2013 to July 16, 2014. Jupiter brings a wide selection of lucky breaks and rewards in such areas as love, health, home, career, and money. You will also likely travel far and wide under Jupiter's influence, very possibly to a city overseas that you've never seen or once saw very long ago.
