This will be a turning point month, dear Libra, for with two eclipses set to happen this month, a lot of information will suddenly come to the surface to help you decide your future path. You also have an important new moon in your opposite sign of Aries, putting enormous emphasis on your partner. To balance that, the first eclipse, in Libra, will allow you to put your hope and dreams front and center, and help you appreciate all that you are and all you have to give others.

It's a month with plenty of news requiring actions and adjustment. No doubt about it, eclipses are the most dramatic method the universe uses to speed up timetables, provide truth, and in some cases, sweep out all that is no longer relevant to your future. The universe will not abide the status quo, so if certain parts of your life were stagnating, especially in regard to your partner, the eclipses will push you forward. Keep your schedule open and elastic, so that you can move in any direction when necessary.

Let's first look at the new moon that occurred on March 30, only two days prior to the start of April, because that new moon will color the first two weeks of April and bring changes that may last for a long time, for at least six months, possibly a year, or may change things forever. This emphasis on your partner will be unusually strong and will set off a trend that may affect you for six months, a year, or if the choices you make are permanent, then forever.

That new moon was under major stress from Uranus, so you may find that your partner will start to act erratically. Each day you may say you do not know what will come up. Uranus usually requires sudden changes from past routine, so for some Libra, this new moon will bring good news. If you are single and dating seriously, you may be surprised by a sudden confession of love or possibly a proposal for marriage. In this case, the Uranus would deliver exciting, happy news, but even so, I will ask you to go slowly to be sure you know your partner well.

Many conflicting planets will surround this new moon, so caution is your byword. Also, because a new moon in Aries brings Aries' ruler, Mars into the conversation, and Mars is at loggerheads with Uranus all month, the situation may be more volatile than you immediately perceive it to be. Besides, any news you get in the first two to three weeks in April will be in the extreme - at one end of the spectrum or the other - but don't put plans in place yet. Mars is retrograde, and until it turns direct May 19 and is speeding its normal speed at end of July, you should proceed cautiously.

Another way this new moon of March 30 may work out is quite opposite - you may find out that something has been going on with your partner that has been off your radar screen. This powerful new moon may show you areas in your relationship to investigate or address. In this case, you may find out that your partner betrayed you, was disloyal to you, or that your partner lied to you. This as painful as it gets, but don't freak out if you are reading this in horror ? stay with me, for the aspects this month are simply looking for problems that exist under the surface. If this tough new moon of March 30 does not find any problems, you will sail through this period easily.

If you are only newly dating, you will not likely feel what I have just described, as the seventh house will be accented at the new moon only if you are in a serious, committed relationship, covered by a written or verbal contract (like a marriage contract - we don't think of marriage as a contract, but it is). If your relationship is strong, the month's events might center instead on your business partner you might have.

In a more commercial application, the person you would be thinking about might be a partner in a business you both started together. Or, the person may be a collaborator who works with you in a one-on-one way such as your manager, agent, publicist, personal stylist, writing partner, accountant, lawyer, or other similar type of professional. If you are an agent or publicist, it may be the talent you represent.

Something unexpected comes up, and there is no way to predict what it will be, for Uranus is involved, the planet of completely unexpected events. You may become outraged by your partner's words, or behavior, or secret activities your partner did behind your back.

There is still another way this month's events may manifest. With so much emphasis on your partner, you may hear that your romantic or business partner will receive a sudden reversal or setback, or that he or she is not well. In that case, you will want to help as much as you can.

If you have no partners in love or business, then focus on your health, for something may come up unexpectedly for you to address. Occasionally an eclipse will show you a health matter that needs to be fixed that you never saw coming, such as a sore tooth or back pain because you lifted something incorrectly (among many possibilities). If something does come up, do not wave off the matter. Don't ever feel silly about having a medial or dental checkup. All things are easier to fix if you find them early on.

This month, at the new moon, and on April 3, Pluto will be in hard angle to your Sun too, and that may give you problems with your relationship with a member of your family, such as your father or mother (or concerns about your parent's well being), or something having to do with the physical property that you own or rent may need your attention.

In that regard, if events this month focus you on property, you might need to make sudden repairs, most likely in the basement, or attend to something involving the structure of the house, apartment, or vacation house. You may alternatively have problems with waste, such as if the town is proposing to build a dump or land fill near your house.

If you are about to buy a house, you may learn from your appraiser that he found certain toxicity in the ground or water (I am just giving you examples to get you thinking.) If on the other hand, you hope to sell a house, be sure to thoroughly check out obstacles that can come up out of the blue. I would not recommend you close on property this month. What makes things hard is that you will be feeling tension from both Uranus and Pluto at the same time, with each planet sending beams from completely different angles of the sky.

If you were born October 2 plus or minus four days, you will feel the effects of the new moon, March 30, that I just discussed, for that new moon is mathematically significant to your birthday Sun. The same is true if you have 10 degrees Libra rising, or a natal planet in Aries or Libra within five degrees of 10 degrees.

The total eclipse of the moon, coinciding with a full moon, will arrive next on April 15, and it will fall in Libra, 25 degrees. It is clear something is about to reach culmination. This eclipse is in your sign, so although you may have been focused on your partner, this eclipse will switch the focus back on you. This is an emotional time, for full moons bring endings, so you are nearing a final action or decision. Lunar (full moon) eclipses bring up memories and sentimental feelings, and make us feel the passage of time. Any eclipse will take a full moon's strength and multiply it times three, so this eclipse will have impact if you are born near October 19, plus or minus five days.

Mars, the planet ruling your partner (in your solar seventh house), will oppose Uranus in your partnership sector on April 22-23, and that usually means a sudden separation from someone close - this could be painful, because Uranus often leaves an emotional scar. Mars will exactly oppose Uranus on this day, and that usually lights a fuse.

Both Mars in Libra and Uranus in Aries will be in hard angle to Pluto in Capricorn and Jupiter in Cancer, so these four planets will form a cardinal cross in the sky, and that is what makes this month so out of the ordinary. (To have a cardinal cross, you must have planets in all four of cardinal signs - Aries, Libra, Cancer, and Capricorn - and each one would have to be within a tight 90-degree angle from the other, forming a cross pattern in the sky with two oppositions and four squares. We have it this month.) This cardinal cross may not necessarily be directed at you. Eclipses cleanse situations, so if someone wronged you, you may see that person have to make it up to you in some way or be jettisoned from your life.

When you get a cardinal cross (and everyone will feel this in varying degrees from mild to strong), the energy bounces within the square box pattern, seeking release - but finding none, the energy will turn inward and force change. Change is good and will ultimately help you, but I realize that you may experience stress in the meantime, and I feel sorry to have to report that.

Although there will be lots of news swirling around you, this full moon lunar eclipse in Libra will center you, not your partner, and on your desires and dreams. The eclipse will help you see what you want in a partner and what you want for yourself in the future. Often we are so consumed with the daily details of life that we don't quite realize that we have actually come quite far in experience and maturity, and we suddenly see that we have achieved many goals and outgrown some old ones. At this time, you may discard some goals and draw up new ones.

This full moon eclipse, although possibly tense and requiring adjustment, will help you to appreciate your strength, experience, and talents. If anything in your life has seemed puzzling or troubling, the eclipse will likely give you the answers you need within four days of April 15.

I must remind you again to be good to yourself. Book a spa treatment for an evening near April 15. You must take care of your health this month. Even if nothing comes up, set up routine annual exams to be sure to stay in top condition. Your impulse to run yourself down by doing too much will be strong, for on top of your normal responsibilities, the eclipses require new adjustments to new developments, and you may feel strain.

If you have been troubled by a psychological problem, consider talking the matter over with a therapist, a member of the religious community, or a good friend. Talking to someone this month can be a great comfort, especially if that person truly cares about you and clearly wants the best for you.

If your birthday falls on October 19, plus or minus four days, you will feel this lunar eclipse of April 15. Similarly if you have Libra rising 25 degrees or know you have a natal planet at 25 degrees Libra, Aries, Cancer, or Capricorn, you will feel this eclipse in one way or another.

The month's second eclipse, a solar new moon eclipse, will occur on April 28/29 (depending on your time zone) in Taurus, 10 degrees. This one will light your financial eighth house and will bring up talks about money. There are many possibilities. You may open talks the division of property in a divorce, or you may consult a lawyer about a court action. You may file for an insurance payout. You may be looking at your finances to see if you can save money but cutting back on unnecessary expenses. If you are interviewing for a new job, you might be down to discussions about salary and benefits. The salary seems to be finalized next month, so perhaps you've had those salary talks, but topics like vacation days, health insurance, bonus, or commission structure may need to be discussed, and if so, those will come up now.

If you are due to get venture capital for your business, be very careful. Eclipses bring swift changes, so nail everything down on paper, legally, so that you are not holding the bag at the last minute, just when you expect the money to be wired. This month's eclipses may rock the stock market temporarily, so when investing or looking at your portfolio, do not do anything radical by yourself, but rather take the recommendations of your trusted financial advisor. Eclipses kick up a lot of dust, and so the road ahead may not necessarily be easy to see. Go slowly - all eclipses have a second act, so more news is due.

For most Libras (75 percent), the news of any eclipse will arrive within five days before or after the eclipse. For other Libras (20 percent), an eclipse will deliver its news one month to the day later, May 15 or May 28-29, plus or minus five days. A very small group of Libra (5 percent) will have already heard news one month to the day earlier, last month, near March 15 or March 29 plus or minus five days.

The new moon that appeared March 30, still strong in April's first two weeks, and the full moon lunar eclipse in Libra on April 15 will focus you on your romantic partner. Your partner, in marriage or business, may be going through a difficult patch that seems to have a very sudden onset. If so, you will be called on to be supportive and offer assistance. Even though the news won't affect you directly, it would, in this instance, affect you indirectly though your partner, and would still rattle you. You'd need to swing into action to be of help. The eclipse seems destined to cause tension and need for adjustment to news you did not see coming.

In a completely different manifestation of the April 15 eclipse, you may learn about your partner's true feelings about you - and it might be news you never hoped to hear. If you feel betrayed, you will need to decide what to do, to stay and try to heal the relationship, or to leave. If your partner wants to leave, you may have little choice but to do so, as it takes two people to make a union.

Mars will oppose Uranus to exact degree by April 23, another potentially jarring day. I feel if things are going in the wrong direction with a relationship, by this day, you will reach meltdown level very suddenly. Mars will be in Libra, which usually would have given you control, but Mars is retrograde, so a debilitated Mars will not give you the command over events that you need. Mars will stay retrograde until May 19, so until that planet improves its orbit, your best bet will be to listen and reflect first - all eclipses have a second act. The fact that Mars is in Libra (since December 7, 2013 to July 25, 2014, an inordinately long time) says you are now beginning a new cycle, one that will bring you improved conditions after you make several hard decisions.

Lunar eclipses bring truth to light, and they almost always deliver final, non-negotiable results. If you are heartbroken, give your partner space while you decide what to do and how to adjust. If your partner is a business partner, collaborator, or expert rather than a romantic one, the eclipse will put a slightly different spin on talks, but with no less emotion. Your options will be similar - to talk things out or leave without regret. It is always horrible to learn the person you trusted has let you down. Of course, it is alternatively possible you might be happy with your partner, but instead worried about your business partner's health, or something else that is going on in his or her life.

Whatever comes up seems to have a "part two" on April 20-23. It may be hard not to have a direct confrontation on these days, and if you find things boil over, it may clear the air and allow you to make a more informed decision about what comes next.

Keep your health very strong, as news mid-month will be draining. Address any health that might seem not quite right as occasionally an eclipse will bring a health matter to light that you may not have noticed and that would require a doctor's care.

The next eclipse will be a solar eclipse in Taurus, April 28/29 (depending on your time zone), and will focus on finances that you hold jointly with another person or entity. For example, this eclipse may find you opening talks with a soon-to-leave spouse or business partner about division of property. Or, talks may center on a loan, infusion of venture capital, mortgage, or refinancing plan. You may begin legal moves to get back child support, or start talks with an employer about commission, royalty, or licensing fees. You may need to see a lawyer about sorting out an inheritance if you are the executor. No matter what type of funds you are thinking about, the funds will center on those that arrive in a one-time lump sum - not regularly, like salary. This eclipse will also bring changes to your daily life, but these will be easier to take at this eclipse April 28/29 than those that arrived earlier, at the full moon total eclipse April 15.

On the career front, you will do well. One of your best days to schedule an interview or presentation will be April 17, when Venus and Jupiter will be in sync. VIP praise may arrive on April 29, when Mercury and Jupiter will likely also cause you to receive exciting career attention.

Most Romantic Dates: This might be a very tough month for a close relationship. If you are not dating, it's such a wild month that even singles have to be careful whom you become involved with now.

Things will reach a culmination and more feverish pitch at the monstrous, highly emotional full moon lunar eclipse in Libra, April 15, plus or minus one week. If you were born near October 18 you will need to brace for news. Your partner may betray you or, conversely, you may become concerned over the health or welfare of your partner and want to help.

If your birthday falls far from this October 19, you might not feel dramatic news at all as a result of the April 15 eclipse. To be sure, you would do well to have your natal chart cast (you need to do it only once) to check to see if you have Libra rising at 25 degrees, or a natal planet at that degree in Libra or Aries, and in all cases plus or minus five degrees.

The month's second eclipse will affect your finances, April 28/29. This too is a very difficult eclipse as well but will allow you to reassess your portfolio and to generally reassess how you save, spend, and invest.
