【巴尼，是你？】前陣子在複習一部，科幻舊片DVD時，意外看到了一個，近期非常熟悉的明星面孔……，那就是：巴尼（Barney Stinson）！

《星艦戰將》（Starship Troopers，1997），是一部我個人早期看到，非常「特別」的科幻戰爭片。

特點在於：它似乎是少數，在具有科幻大場面的同時、尺度上卻拍得，非常直接的「血腥兇狠」之商業鉅片……。非那種小成本電影。

想當初，這部於年底上映前，我看到電影雜誌上，公佈了級別資訊時，一度懷疑是不是「印刷錯誤」？畢竟，是一部從年初就開始期待的，科幻冒險新片。所以總是無法接受，結果竟是「限制級」的。

總之，這部片因為在內涵上，充滿了諷刺政府的比喻；加上大導演把動作片的娛樂性，拍得頗精準，所以整個片子其實還蠻耐看的。因此這十幾年來，直到前陣子，偶爾我在電視上轉到時，都會忍不住看完一些片段。

回到正題。這次重溫，我注意到主角群之一：負責「智能謀略」的那名男配角，怎會如此眼熟。當我再定睛一看時，赫然笑出聲來啊！ :P

看到「巴尼」，穿著星際軍官制服的臉孔，同時還必須一副正經地，在科幻大片扮演，走路有風的架勢。那種感覺，還真是非常微妙呢！……（雖然他的角色在片中，也算是帶有些、甘草味的喜感沒錯啦。 XD ）

The thing that makes Verhoeven so fascinating is that he simultaneously stands outside & satirizes his over the top material but also viscerally loves all the blood & gore & military hardware like a young Christian Bale gazing adoringly at fighter planes in Empire of the Sun.
