GitHub 上的 greatfire 使用者弄了一個叫作「免翻墙镜像」的 Git repo ，裏面是一
個 README.md 寫了堆中國想要河蟹掉的 Google 搜索引擎鏡像站、跟「敏感內容」的
連結。

好像短時間內該就 repo 就有超過 1700 次 starred 以及 400 個以上的 forks
由於目前 GitHub 沒有被中國 GFW 封鎖所以不少怕因為這個 repo 的出現導致 GitHub
被牆掉的中華人民共和國人跑出來抗議：

Github is being used by numerous programmers in China, if China blocks Github again, I don't know if the reason is here or whatsoever. Most of programmers are not willing to see github gets blocked again because of some censored contents hosting on Github.

你们能不能去一些其他网站搞啊，这样下去github也会被封，你考虑过码农的感受么？你
就不能用github。co么？
为了得到“为民主自由做贡献”的头衔和夸赞，你就看着github被封而不顾么？
请使用其他域名，既可以去领民主勋章，又可以赚流量，何乐而不为啊
再补充一下，可以用邮件订阅来分发可用的域名和ip，不要让github冒这个风险。 ...

This is the initial C version of the "免翻墙镜像" project, similar as
"README.sh", it asked another cat to read "README.md"!
This commit also add a Git ignore rule to ignore all *.exe files.
