我不是法官或法學相關的

所以想問


法庭上要怎麼證明買家現在手上的是賣家當初賣掉的陀螺？

還有賣家要怎麼證明他說去日拍買的跟現在賣掉的是同一顆？


除非每顆陀螺都有獨立編號

不然是不是同一顆這種事要怎麼判斷？
