大家都知道 LBJ有所謂廣為人知的「全力詹」模式
其正確名稱是LBJ稱呼的 「Zero Dark Thirty-23」mode
至於那到底是什麼

“I did that. I just started to read a lot. I wanted it to start tapping into th
ings that were just uncomfortable, something I didn’t even know I could do. But
, who’s going to hold me more accountable than myself as I continue to mention?
So, just through a whole playoff run, I would just turn my phone off completely
,” he revealed recently during the Mind the Game podcast alongside actor Timoth
ee Chalamet, per a post on X by Clutchints.
LBJ：「我的確這麼做了，我開始大量閱讀，我想嘗試一些我不知道自己能做到的事情，
但是，正如我一直提到的，還有誰比我自己更能督促我呢？所以，在整個季後賽期間，我乾

“My loved ones who needed to get in contact with me, Randy was there with me ev
eryday. If they wanted to get into contact they would call him. If it was an eme
rgency, they would come knock at my door. Other than that, nobody could get into
contact with me for two and a half straight months,” LBJ revealed.
「當我的親人需要聯繫我時，蘭迪每天都陪在我身邊。如果他們想聯繫我，就會打電話給他

詹皇透露。
James went on to explain what he did with the resultant free time.
“I was doing a lot of reading, a lot of reflection, a lot of meditating just on
what I wanted to accomplish in my career. It had nothing to do with the naysaye
rs on the haters, it was never about that. It was (about) what can I do with my
career? And that’s why I did it,” James said.
詹姆斯接著解釋了他如何利用由此產生的空閒時間。
「我當時讀了很多書，做了很多反思，也冥想了很多次，就是想弄清楚自己想在職業生涯中
取得什麼成就。跟那些唱衰我的和詹黑無關，從來都不是關於那些黑我的酸酸。
