Social programming for millennia has trained our eyes to see our differences rather than the beauty. We hear the emotions of words without seeing the peace or loneliness between those words. We smell exhaust more often than we smell flowers. We taste sugar more often than clean water. We feel pain more often than we are touched by love. We are chilled by air conditioners more than we are warmed by sunrises.

扯！美國德州達拉斯1名女警6日下班回到家中時，赫然看到家裡

有個黑人，連忙拔槍將他擊斃，但事實是她自己走錯了公寓房間，倒楣的死者其實是那間公寓的住戶。

據《BBC》報導，槍擊事件發生在距離達拉斯警察局僅一個街區的高檔公寓大樓內，女警以為走進了自己的住處，在裡面看到了26歲的聖露西亞籍男子基恩（Botham Shem Jean），目前並不清楚兩人之間是否有爭吵，但女警最後決定開槍，基恩被擊中後送醫不治。

達拉斯警察局長霍爾（Renee Hall）在記者會上表示，這是一起非常獨特的事件，目前已將涉案女警停職並展開調查，包括採集她的血液樣本和進行毒品與酒精檢測，也已向檢方申請逮捕令。至於女警是否將基恩誤認為入侵者，達拉斯警方並未說明。

The speakers at the 1963 March on Washington are seated at the Lincoln Memorial. Just over a hundred years after President Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation, the March served as a reminder of the work that still needed to be done. Philip Randolph (front center), the legendary president of the Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters union, had called for an end of end segregation in defense industries in 1941. A planned march in Washington, D.C., for that year was called off when President Roosevelt responded to the demand by signing Executive Order 8802, which prohibited discrimination in the nation's defense industry. John Lewis (third from top left), 23 at the time of the 1963 march and the youngest of the twelve speakers, shared one of the most memorable lines, “We do not want our freedom gradually, but we want to be free now.”

57 years after Dr. Martin Luther King Jr gave his iconic “I Have a Dream” speech, the Reverend Al Sharpton spoke at the Commitment March on August 28th in Washington DC. The Commitment March had thousands of people come from around the nation, both young and old to peacefully march together to confront racial injustices and criminal justice reform.

I had the incredible opportunity to photograph the Commitment March: Get Your Knee off our Necks, in Washington, D.C. Thousands gathered in front of the Lincoln Memorial. It was a peaceful and inspiring day of speeches and protests. The protesters all came together with a unified message, seeking criminal justice reform and to remind everyone of their right & the need to vote. As I photographed from a remarkable vantage point with the Washington monument behind me, I reflected on the fact that this is a transformational moment in our country,and I felt grateful that this march was taking place.

獵豹的美術考據是有下功夫，主題也不錯，但是劇本整個被拍爛，最後的決戰也是CG大戰，一開始看還不錯，重看時候覺得眼睛超花，而且質感超假，因為這部的黑豹沒有像是《英雄內戰》那樣有特別做一件戲服，而是全部用影像捕捉藍衣...

60 years ago today, Ruby Bridges and her mother walked into William Frantz Elementary School, escorted by federal marshals. It marked the integration of schools in her native New Orleans and became an iconic depiction of desegregation in America. I had the privilege of taking this portrait for a profile in the magazine of her incredible life story and continued work. The morning of our shoot, temperatures in New Orleans soared and the air conditioning in our studio died, right on cue. My assistant scrambled to find a portable unit that arrived only moments before Ms. Bridges and barely kept the temperatures inside tolerable. She was completely un-phased by the sauna she stepped into, and looking back at these pictures now, I'm struck by her effortless joy.

Voting rights activist James Bevel called for a march from Selma to the state’s capital in Montgomery as a way to refocus the outrage in the community. The first march took place on March 7, and Alabama state troopers attacked the marchers with clubs and tear gas after they passed over the county line, and the event became known as Bloody Sunday.

整場審�審判都非常荒謬。從主流媒體撲天蓋地未審先判，檢察官荒腔走板的表現，FBI隱瞞證據，媒體跟蹤陪審團，警察捐款給凱爾就被開除，到Antifa威脅如果不判凱爾有罪就要上街暴動，都讓人覺得不敢置信。

凱爾因為自衛殺害的兩個人還有一個受傷沒死的一個是戀童癖另一個是家暴慣犯還有連續搶劫犯的，卻被左派捧為英勇犧牲的英雄，這是什麼世界。凱爾才17歲就勇敢帶著槍去非常危險的地區當志工保護當地商家，被這些人渣追打攻擊才反擊，要是因此入獄就太沒天理了。Antifa有一個是一個最好全部死掉我都不會同情。

【老虎莉莉】這場審判的兩個檢察官就是硬要起訴他來搏聲量，結果連他們自己的證人、被凱爾開槍打傷的另一個人都說凱爾會朝他舉槍是因為他先舉槍對著凱爾的。

「根據法庭審判資料，第一個受害人是36歲的約瑟夫‧羅森鮑姆（Joseph Rosenbaum），當時他正撲向里滕豪斯。根據審判期間的專家證詞，羅森鮑姆的手在里滕豪斯所持的步槍槍管上。在場的近距離證人說，是羅森鮑姆自己衝到槍口上。

隨後里滕豪斯開始向執法人員跑去，但遭到了幾個人的攻擊，其中包括26歲的安東尼‧胡伯（Anthony Huber），他用滑板擊打里滕豪斯的頭部。里滕豪斯隨後向胡伯開槍。

第三個被槍擊的受害人是現年28歲的蓋奇‧格羅斯克魯茲（Gaige Grosskreutz）。在被擊中時，格羅斯克魯茲正用手槍指著里滕豪斯。」

檢察官一直在靠腰說凱爾拿的是AR-15步槍，「受害人」拿的是手槍，所以凱爾不應該會害怕。媽的手槍就不會傷人嗎？有人拿手槍指著你的腦袋追著你叫罵追能不害怕嗎？還說凱爾不應該逃跑，真的有夠誇張。

有個黑人網紅跟朋友在一處社區拍片時，忽然來了一個亞裔男子問他們在幹嘛，後來竟然還嗆他們說「這裡禁止尼哥進入」。

這起事件發生在美國的亞利桑那州 (Arizona)，根據拍攝影片的男子Andre Abram表示，他和朋友當天原本要在戶外拍攝Instagram短片，結果忽然遇到一輛車子要朝他撞過來。

後來車上一名亞裔男子下車後，開始問Abram在幹嘛，並開始拿手機出來拍他，進而引發後來影片裡的衝突。

這支影片曝光後，警方很快循線找到了影片中的亞裔男子黃保羅 (Paul Ng)，黃保羅表示他當天因為看到兩名陌生的黑人男子開著名車出現在社區，所以他出於謹慎拍下了他們的車牌並上前詢問。

黃保羅表示由於最近「黑命也是命」的遊行運動風行，他懷疑這兩名黑人是來「場勘」的，並表示自己的舉動是出於「防範未然」。

紐約有一名患有家暴PTSD、自閉，與後天性精神分裂的流浪漢在地鐵中叫囂說他很餓，即使去坐牢都沒關係而嚇乘客，最後被一名24歲前海軍陸戰隊鎖喉（其他乘客參與制服），卻不幸於送醫後死亡，醫事檢驗後認為是謀殺（homocide）。

前海陸經過警察拘留與偵訊後以不起訴處理。

但死者（曾經以模仿麥可傑克森出名）在遊民權益奔走者（advocate）之間算有名──加上他是黑人，前海陸是白人，於是現在前海陸被以(二級)過失殺人罪起訴（已自行投案），若判有罪，最高可判15年有期徒刑

而且還有一點就是

因為有人錄下來po上網

結果就一堆抗議人士拿牌到場抗議說司法不公、種族歧視......

而且確實只是「判定為謀殺」但前海陸沒有被告謀殺（至少新聞看來是這樣

結論就是：整件事情一來程序有問題，二來觀感不佳

此外，這件事情其實比較像是大眾心理的問題（同理心、恐懼、當下瞬間/直覺反應）、社會救濟體制問題、心理疾病與歧視等面向

但現在被這些喊種族歧視的一鬧，把原本已經很複雜的事情又更複雜了（可能還多了程序正義）

- 新聞應該有故意帶風向，這很明顯是同時處理謀殺跟過失致死，謀殺不起訴但過失致死起訴這樣

很單純的東西硬要寫成「檢方不起訴謀殺後又安了過失致死上去」

程序上完全沒問題，新聞寫法的問題而已

- 或者說，這種新聞在撰寫的時候，有必要告知他們的法律系統是可以同時處理多項罪名

但新聞媒體大多缺乏這種引導，導致整個傳話傳的亂七八糟

警察接著告知這位網紅和他的同夥，相關單位決定禁止他們進入這座公共場域，如果他們不馬上離開，就會被依「非法侵入罪」論處。

警察還問網紅：「你曾經被禁止進入任何地方過嗎？」

網紅說有，警察用超級嘲諷地的口氣回說：「太讓人意外了。」

網紅說他被全世界的沃爾瑪商場列入黑名單。網紅的同夥問：「只有我們被禁止進入這裡嗎？還是還有其他人？」警察說只有他們兩個。網紅這時問警察能不能載他們出去，警察回他：「載你們？你開什麼玩笑？」

美迪士尼「飛濺山」遭批歧視將關閉　鐵粉排隊4小時塞爆（TVBS）

加州迪士尼樂園的超人氣設施「飛濺山（Splash Mountain）」在當地時間周二（30日）最後一次開張後將關閉，該設施因為以多年前的迪士尼電影《南方之歌》為原型，近年來飽受詬病、遭批種族歧視，官方決定正式在30日將設施關閉；但也有大批不捨的迪士尼鐵粉，在飛濺山關閉前塞爆設施，還一度得排隊超過4個小時才能玩到。

《洛杉磯時報》報導，「飛濺山」是迪士尼樂園於1989年開放的設施，搭乘者在上車後，原木形狀的車廂將會從5層樓高度的瀑布一躍而下，很適合喜愛刺激快感的遊客。然而，作為該設施原型的迪士尼電影《南方之歌》被批評帶有種族主義及刻板印象、描繪以白人為中心的奴隸制，連帶使得「飛濺山」聲名狼藉。

《南方之歌》雖然已是1946年的作品，但電影歌曲《Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah》仍然傳唱甚廣，與其相關的歧視爭議也隨之而來，自2020年開始，迪士尼官方有意切割，因此這首歌也被從樂園背景音樂曲目中刪除。

加州迪士尼的飛濺山將進行改造，日後會以《公主與青蛙》為主題重新回歸，預計會在2024年開放，雖然不少人對新設施抱持期待，但也有飛濺山的鐵粉感到十分不捨，在最後營業日擠爆設施，最長甚至得等250分鐘才玩得到。

報導指出，在加州迪士尼的飛濺山關閉後，日本東京迪士尼方面沒有宣布「飛濺山」可能會有任何翻新計畫，因此東京迪士尼很可能將是全球唯一還保留著相同「飛濺山」設施的迪士尼樂園。

法國非裔少年拒攔檢被警察槍殺所引起的騷亂已進入第5天，許多暴民燒車砸店、打劫商家，逐漸引起輿論不滿，出現批評聲音。越來越多移民後裔以「自己人」身份轟暴民愚蠢，呼籲停止。

法國一名非裔青少年奈爾（Nahel）近日因拒絕臨檢遭員警射殺，員警疑似濫權暴力，更在事後針對事發經過說謊，引發眾怒，原本抗議警察暴力執法與種族歧視的示威已經偏離正軌，還掀起連5晚的暴力示威。

事件發生城市南泰爾（Nanterre）1日下午為受害者舉行葬禮，緬懷氣氛平靜，沒有發生意外衝突。

然而法國其他城市卻不平靜，仍不停傳出洗劫事件，蒙面的暴徒闖入店家搶劫。抗議群眾不僅砸毀路邊商家玻璃門窗，也放火焚燒車輛與垃圾桶，甚至到圖書館、學校等機構內縱火。

法國總統馬克宏（Emmanuel Macron）1日開完歐洲聯盟（EU）峰會後馬上返國主持危機會議，同時譴責有些人「利用一名青少年之死大肆作亂，無法令人接受」。

1日晚間，當局再度部署4萬5000名警力，並表示「已準備好面對各種可能性」。

情況失去控制，滋事份子的暴力脫序行為造成公家以及民眾私人財物損失，嚴重影響生活，也逐漸引發一般民眾不滿。

由於事件導火線來自非裔青少年與警察執法的爭議，因此暴動份子大多是有移民背景的年輕人。報導指出，許多都是未成年人，因受到社群媒體煽動而作亂。

然而在連續幾天的暴動後，輿論開始出現對示威者的不滿批評，社群媒體上也有移民後裔以「自己人」的身份出面喊話，叫停已失去合理性的騷亂。

具有意見領袖地位法國足球明星姆巴佩（Kylian Mbappé）6月30日在推特上貼出新聞稿，表示自己和所有法國人一樣，對奈爾之死感到震驚。「我能理解表達憤怒的本質，但不能為其形式背書。暴力什麼也不能解決，更何況後果將無可避免地回到始作俑者與其親友身上。你們破壞的是自己、鄰里與公眾的財物」。

姆巴佩指出，面對極端衝突，不能再保持沈默，必須呼籲抗議者冷靜並承擔起責任，「還有其他和平、具建設性的表達方式，我們的精力與反思應該用在那裡」。推文不到一天已獲得近24萬讚。

推特用戶@tusaurajms上傳分享影片，影片中年輕人帶有阿拉伯裔口音與用字，他激動指責：「焚燒車子很好玩嗎？有人連保險都付不出來。母親們無法買菜，公共運輸因抗議停駛；父親們沒了車，沒辦法上班；你們破壞、洗劫無辜的小商家。這好玩嗎？想像你媽的車被燒毀....警察找人民麻煩，所以人民就要找人民麻煩？」

他批評部分移民在法國出生，卻不把法國視為自己的國家，「你們行為很愚蠢，令人反感，沒有人是為了奈爾，你們利用了他留下的回憶作為藉口，來聚眾、打劫無辜店家、滿足自己破壞的慾望」。

該影片獲得近2萬讚，以及6000轉推引用，獨立記者高德佛瓦（Jérôme Godefroy）讚其話語充滿智慧。

另一支影片中的法國年輕男性則表示，暴民的行徑正讓他們這些北非移民的名聲越來越糟，「我們是移民的後代，也是法蘭西共和的孩子，我們自稱是移民，但我們不是。兄弟，我們是法國人啊」。

他神情嚴肅地說：「請告訴我現在怎麼了，你們覺得奈爾會為這一切感到驕傲嗎？」他質問，一堆人拿著破壞武器挑釁，「這有何用？這只會讓討厭我們的人更有理由，覆水難收，一切都結束了」。

這起案件使得警察執法體制性的種族主義、歧視問題，以及郊區發展與青少年問題等再度浮出檯面。

全國騷動目前已造成許多大眾運輸等公共設施損毀，民眾、店家的財產損害更是不計其數。此外，許多夏季大型活動也都被迫取消，飯店與餐飲業者也批評暴動使得營業大受影響。

也像是許許多多亞洲人當年因為在《星艦迷航記》（Star Trek）中看到亞洲面孔的蘇魯而被鼓舞。附帶一提，當年科克艦長與烏瑚拉在螢幕上的跨種族一吻也挑戰了當時的禁忌。

「什麼樣的故事可以說、可以怎麼地被說」的標準是如此一點點地改變，一點點地鬆動的。

「政治正確」這詞被用得浮濫了，好像它只為那個「正確」服務；其實許許多多主張為的是一個個活生生的人，他們的生命以及他們的未來。

前兩天看到關於《印第安納瓊斯》（Indiana Jones）新集數的新聞，留言中又有人嘲諷是否要找黑人拍。其實，《印第安納瓊斯》正可以當作「什麼樣的故事可以說、可以怎麼地被說」的討論題材。

1981年《法櫃奇兵》的故事裡，白人冒險家以及其白人對手到處搶奪各地原住民的財產，把各地有色人種演成無知土著與背景道具。這在當時的時代氣氛下理所當然。它可以成為一個可以說的、「本來就該這樣」的故事行銷到全球。

而2022年的現在還有人──亞洲觀眾──認為這不可撼動、把黑人飾演冒險家當作玩笑，而不是思考這個老故事在我們這個時代是否能賦予什麼新意涵（換人演只是其中一環）。這實在是很遺憾。

（其實《印第安納瓊斯》多年、許多集地拍下來，是有在因應環境做些微調的。）

許多人很在乎「有原著」（所以不能改）。甚至我也看到有人拿西遊記當例子。

但說到《西遊記》，大家有沒有想起：日本的《西遊記》詮釋中，唐三藏總是找女性飾演？70 年代末，日本テレビ的電視劇找了夏目雅子演三藏，配上堺正章的孫悟空，西田敏行的豬八戒（現在看來真是巨星雲集，可以說是堺正章的成名作吧？飾演三藏的夏目雅子27歲就因白血病過世。 p_q），此後這就成為日本的成規了。後來有宮澤理惠版、深津繪里版… 我小時先看到的其實是松本零士製作的太空版《SF西遊記》卡通（SF西遊記スタージンガー（1978-1979) ，松本零士原作。一查年代，這其實比日本テレビ的電視劇還早幾個月，不確定是誰被誰啟發…）。在一代代的日本觀眾心目中，三藏就是要由女星飾演才對。

「說故事」這個據說從史前人們一起烤火時就有的人類行為是這麼回事的。故事會被反覆講，每個講故事的人加上一些他自己的詮釋，有些元素定型、有些被改變，然後再傳下去。每次反覆講，就加入一些當時、當地的傳統、思潮。人在變，故事在變。

《灰姑娘》這故事，其實有個唐代流傳的中國版──《葉限》。有人說《葉限》傳到歐洲成為《灰姑娘》的其中一個來源，有人持相反看法。這故事在上世紀被拍了數十次。迪士尼1950年把這故事講了一次，加入了迪士尼的元素。1997年由棕皮膚的Brandy飾演的版本也是故事再被講了一次。這故事還可以再與其他傳統融合、再演化。

我們所聽的故事可能只是最近這十多年的版本。以前我熟知的許多日本歷史故事與名場面，諸如武田氏的紅盔甲、特立獨行的信長、沖田總司是美男子、齋藤一帥帥的…都僅是後代小說與電視劇給人的印象。這些都可以變。一身黑的陰沉憂鬱蝙蝠俠也只是最近的發展──蝙蝠俠的個性形象如同許多其他角色一樣，反覆變了好幾次。

故事可以變、故事會變，因為故事是人說的──這是說故事的本質。藉著看到哪些故事不能說、哪些可說、它們怎麼被說，我們可以檢視人們在想什麼；我們也可以積極地去改變故事、改變說故事的方法，達到一些好的目的：嘗試更多可能，呈現更多觀點，讓更多需要被照顧的人被照顧到，給他們改變現狀的力量。

之前我記得有看到一篇在講很多「政治正確」的作品只是找了個少數族群來演出主要角色，但卻沒有做出適合的配套（劇情隨角色的族群變更）

比起被「用得浮濫」，我覺得「政治正確目」前遇到的兩大問題分別是污名化（反多元的人造成）與濫用/亂用（退步左派造成）。（然後雙方互戰導致這樣的印象不斷被刷深）

此外，我個人覺得如果一個角色在原作就與族群無關（如《小美人魚》），其實選角就不是那麼的重要。類似的狀況就像《異形》（Alien）的主角Ripley，當初原本設定是男性，但在選角與試鏡過程中就有人提出了「這個角色的性別與角色之間的關聯性不大」（之類的），認為即使是女性也可以演，因此才會造就出影史中的著名女英雄之一‧「雷普莉」。

反觀，假使這是一個「有原作」可循的角色，那麼改編作品就應該在這角色的設定、刻畫上做出一些變更（或說配套，如此還可能加強劇情的深度讓觀眾更有共鳴，也就是「故事是可以改變的」），而不是換成了一個弱勢族群卻過著優勢族群的生活且完全沒有因為自己的背景而被影響到。

日劇《西遊記》其實就設定上來說，我記得「唐三藏依舊是男性」，只是找了女性演員來飾演。XD

《葉限》與《灰姑娘》到底哪一個是原作，還是其實有一個共通源頭，目前尚未有定論，但我個人偏向後者；可以確定的是目前已知最早的版本（「仙履奇緣」──因為鞋子而與國王結婚）是希臘的《Rhodopis》（Ῥοδῶπις），而古典時代後期的《波蓋亞的亞絲芭西亞》（Aspasia of Phocaea）則是進而加入了「年幼喪母」與「舞會」的要素。

此外講到迪斯奈（迪士尼）童話的動畫，我是想到一個點，就是「(商業化/資本主義)強勢的改編可能會造成另一種去多元化」，不論是對於原作的遺忘，或是扼殺往後可能的改編。這就好像很多人都忘了《美女與野獸》在原作中，女主角並不是獨生女、《小美人魚》的女主角在原作並沒有和心上人在一起等等──就像現在很多人會把《三國演義》當成歷史，卻忘了那只是小說而《三國志》才是正史。

倒是我想到迪斯奈經典動畫真人化的第一部《黑魔女》其實很顛覆了原本《睡美人》的設定與劇情，也獲得了好評，很可惜的就是之後的「真人化」卻都是幾乎原封不動的改編，這反而加強了對影劇圈創意的扼殺。原本在《黑魔女》之後的《白雪公主》真人版是要參考《白雪與紅玫瑰》的劇情並跟《小紅帽》做結合，很遺憾地，最後還是變成了《白雪公主》的真人翻拍版。

造假性侵影片帶風向！煽動反移民輿論西班牙警遭判刑

身為警察卻公然在網路帶風向，甚至刻意張貼造假影片、意圖煽動社群輿論，最終踩到紅線被判刑。《衛報》（The Guardian）報導，西班牙巴塞隆納一名警官被舉報，刻意在網路張貼散布造假的摩洛哥移民性侵婦女影片，試圖炒作煽動反移民輿論，遭到法院判處15個月有期徒刑，外加1620歐元（約新台幣5萬1895元）的罰款，這名警察也成為西班牙國內、第一位因在社群散播張貼假消息被判刑的人。

檢察官根據舉報後發現，這名警官在自己的推特上張貼一則影片，指稱有來自摩洛哥移民在巴塞隆納郊外性侵女子，即便該影片早已被確認、內容來自中國大陸，與所稱事件毫不瓜葛，但警官依然上傳、並寫下具有攻擊和針對的文字，該影片觀看人數有2.1萬次。

經過查閱該警官帳號內容，檢方發現他不僅愛用「凱爾特十字」（Celtic cross）、一個經常被極右派使用的圖騰符號，帳號關注和轉貼的內容，幾乎都是與種族議題或仇外相關的素材。

雖然根據當地法律習慣，如刑期未超過兩年、並與檢方達成協議，被告警官免於入獄服刑，但法院仍強制要求他，必須去上反歧視和人權課程，矯正過往錯誤的觀念。

發生在比利時的一起恐怖性侵案引起社會高度關注，一名年僅14歲的少女被男友設局、拐騙至荒山野嶺後遭集體性侵，甚至整個過程還被拍下PO網，直到2天後才成功脫困，而警方也在接獲報案後，循線將10名年齡介於11至16歲的少年逮捕歸案；據了解，涉案的未成年嫌犯是移民出身，由於未達當地刑事責任年齡，因此將被送往安置機構接受矯正。

綜合《每日郵報（Daily Mail）》等外媒報導，事件發生於當地時間4月、復活節假期期間，位於比利時西法蘭德斯省克特雷特（Kortrijk）、卡博特博斯（Kabouterbos）地區的一片樹林；一名14歲少女被帶到樹林中的一條登山車道，在毫無防備的情況下遭男友攻擊、當場被控制行動，男方也在計謀得逞後，叫出早埋伏已久的一眾友人對她輪番性侵得逞。

據了解，少女就這樣受困在樹林中長達2天，期間遭遇每一名嫌犯「程度不一」的侵犯、虐待，而在輪流性侵的過程中，包含男友在內的參與者都沒人試圖阻止，甚至還將全程錄影上傳至社群平台，直到少女僥倖脫困後案件才爆發，警方也獲報後循線逮捕10名年齡介於11至16歲之間的未成年男子，其中6人預計將於15日出席少年法庭、餘下4人則被居家軟禁。

受害少女指證歷歷，也讓案件爆發後迅速引起關注，值得注意的是，由於比利時當地刑事責任的年齡為18歲，因此涉案少年很有可能僅被送往少年安置機構、或是安排後續的個人矯正計畫，而無法有效定罪；然而由於此案相對特殊，因此其中一名16歲少年可能將「被視為成人」進行審判。市長范奎肯伯恩（Vincent Van Quickenborne）則震驚發聲痛斥其冷血行為。

我覺得德國的難民議題帶來的教訓在於「應該要做好配套」，而不是「開放難民來」，後者那真的是順著特定立場（如膚淺排外民粹）轉移焦點...這是我個人的看法。不過，我的臉書上不少明明不是住在德國的人，卻在那邊「我就說吧」的態度看待德國從開放難民以來到現在連環恐怖攻擊的事情。 = ="

說真的，因為這樣所以完全禁止難民？不是吧，除了上游源頭問題要解決之外，下游接受難民更應該做好配套（包括常有人說的假難民，或是協助難民融入當地生活）。

還是那句老話，禁止難民甚至見死不救，最後那些活下來的難民正好變成恐怖份子最愛的種子。

在超市工作時，這故事我也分享過，就是有色人種偷東西，沒有人敢碰他，萬一他一句racist，你就被炎上，工作也沒了，所以現在就是你偷就偷

加拿大的警官在記者會甚至說，他們只是想偷車，你把鎖匙留下來讓他偷就好，他們不是想要人命，只是想要財，有事去索賠就好了

歐洲是講人道的地方，不像美國，難民登記了由你自生自滅，這邊有舒適的住宿和温飽，免費的，為何不來？這些本意是人性本善出發，希望救助有需要的人，可惜招來了貪婪的人

這三年的英國的確改變了我的想法，我幫過很多人，但最後他們都變本加厲，不懂尊重，我心裡「人道」這一塊不知剩下了多少，用善良去面對這種人你會很痛苦，我不想失去善良，但真的真的真的艱苦

所以對於歧不歧視，我已沒了以往的堅持，無論LGBT，宗教，種族，性別等，我不免有傾向，沒辦法做到平等，有些群組的極端者也是令人頭痛

【筆記】剛剛突然想到。

一般「歧視」都是排他性的

但有種「歧視」算是包容性，或說(看似)帶有包容性inclusive的。

inclusive的歧視不同於「正向歧視」（如：你是○○，那一定在●●方面很厲害對吧？）（另外還有一種是「你是○○，那一定頗喜歡●●對吧？」，這個則是單純成見；成見可以包括正向歧視與一般歧視［即負面歧視］，而「單純成見」在光譜上比較中間一點，比較。）

比方說，A國征服了B國，然後與其說「B的文化（包括科技）都是劣等的」，A國則採用了「這個不錯，我要拿來用，納入我們文化的一部分」。

這是在非人民/人類方面，但人民/人類方面，卻是「我就是比你優越。」

簡化而言，大概就是：我打敗了你，你的東西就是我的！

包容性歧視/含他性歧視（界線不明，廣義來說則根本同一種 = inclusive；語感上則是排他性 > 含他性 > 包容性。）

另外尚有：

* 選擇性歧視、選擇性排他

如：日本鬼子就是欠教訓！但是壽司好香～

* 妥協性歧視、妥協性排他

如：日本鬼子該死！可是國內羽絨衣太黑心了，還是Uniqlo的安全

要注意的是，打壓、歧視有很多層級

有一種比較輕微的就是「我歧視你，但我讓你的文化繼續繁衍」

最嚴重最極端的就是種族清洗、種族滅絕、種族屠殺。（種族清洗比較像是從文化上、血統上的，但種族屠殺一般泛指實質的殺戮。「滅絕」則會用來涵蓋這兩種。）

Peace brought the novelty of immigration and diversity. In the 2001 census just 14,300 people, or 0.8% of the overall population, belonged to a minority ethnic group. By 2021 it was 65,600 people, or 3.4%. Compared with England (18%), or Scotland (11%), Northern Ireland remains very white.

Despite this, many residents in Ballymena, a mainly working-class, Protestant town 25 miles north of Belfast, believe foreigners have “invaded”, “infested” and “ruined” their community.

It was not only the hundreds of young men in hoods and masks who hurled missiles: older residents, during lulls in violence, endorsed the disturbances. “We want our voices to be heard. If this is the only way, so be it,” said one woman in her 30s, who declined to be named.
