Travel is written all over your chart, so you may be packing and unpacking suitcases all month. However, travel won't always be easy, as the September 27 total eclipse of the (full) moon occurred last month, and a troublesome new moon, October 12, is on the way. Both dates are tied to each other in theme. Your third and ninth houses are both linked to travel and relationships with people based at a distance, but these both houses also deal in negotiation and contracts too, another area that appear to be coming up as a strong area of interest for you this month.

The ninth house, I should note here, before I go forward, also rules your talks and actions with officials at colleges and other places of higher education, and talks and discussions with your lawyer and actions you may take in the courts. The ninth house also rules your interactions with professionals in the media, specifically in publishing, broadcasting, telecommunications, and the digital world. One of these areas listed will likely be important to you now, including the negotiation of contracts and the possibility you will travel.

Mercury has been retrograde since September 17 in this same area of your chart, and will go direct October 9. I don't feel you can blame Mercury for all of the delays and snags you may have encountered last month in regard to travel or your attempt to hammer out a contract, because we were in the middle of eclipse season in September, and eclipses are strong. I will now explain this in more detail so that you can understand what is happening.

On October 12, the new moon in Libra at 19 degrees, due to fall in your ninth house, will be opposed directly by Uranus, the planet that brings news unexpectedly, out of left field. With the changes that Uranus brings, this planet always brings truth and enlightenment too. Uranus is the higher octave of Mercury - bringing Mercury's gifts of thinking, objectivity, and intelligence to an entirely new level. Uranus will always sweep away all that is no longer relevant or of value for the future in your life, and he will do it at the blink of an eye. After that, when you are left to pick up the pieces, Uranus will help you rebuild, for Uranus is also the planet of innovation and even genius. He will want to move you quickly to a better place.

Uranus, however, will oppose not only the moon, but the Sun too at the same time, which may give you problems with a business partner, agent, manager, or the possibility that you and your romantic partner won't see eye-to-eye about how to handle the issue that comes up just after October 12.

It will take time to accomplish a response to what comes up on October 12. A new moon will always set up a theme that lasts for nearly six months. This month's new moon in Libra will exert a flow that will ask you to focus on the topic until the full moon in Libra comes by to put the matter to rest. March 23, 2016, is not only a full moon but also a lunar eclipse.

Before you throw up your arms, stand on your desk, and shout to everyone in the office, "I'm doomed!" wait - you aren't! First, the new moon that will be so troublesome will be in air-sign Libra, a sign that blends perfectly with your air-sign element. That's a big plus for you because this means you would be more likely to find answers than if that new moon were in an element that doesn't complement your sign. In fact, if your birthday falls on February 11, plus or minus four days, you will find a way to make this new moon work for you, despite the barriers you will need to get over. The same is true if you have Aquarius rising at 19 degrees or a natal planet in Aquarius, Gemini, or Libra, also at 19 degrees.

In the same financial house that is so lit up by generous Jupiter, you also will have Mars, the action planet, that will give you the motivation to go out and slay a dragon. In other words, I mean you will be stimulated to find more money. Mars in this house suggests you have high expenses, but you also have money coming to you too, so you seem to stay ahead of the game and manage to end with a surplus.

In regard to Mars, you will see proof of how golden you are when Mars will align with Jupiter on October 17. This is an aspect so rare, you have not seen Mars work with Jupiter since July 2013, and won't again for two more years. On October 17, you should hear fantastically good news about money. This is a weekend date, so watch on Friday, October 16 and Monday, October 19, which may be equally lucky for you. You may take a short trip at this time too - it's truly a happy time of the month.

On October 25, Venus will align with generous Jupiter, also in your solar eighth house of other people's money where all the exciting action will take place. This aspect will bring a stroke of luck to your ninth house, where you may have some roadblocks to get through from the new moon, October 12, discussed earlier.

This same day, October 25, may bring a breakthrough in regard to a home, property, or a family situation. You may find the house of your dreams, or bid on it and win the bid. Venus will help you find beautiful things to buy for your home too, so if you need furniture or accessories, or want to talk with a designer about landscaping your property, this would be the weekend to do it.

The full moon in Taurus, 4 degrees, October 27 (influential for plus or minus four days), will bring a matter related to your home and family to conclusion. This may be moving day for you, or you may close on a house, sell one, or rent a beautiful apartment. Neptune will be unusually friendly and prominent at this full moon, so if you need to make design choices, this would be the weekend to venture forth and announce your decisions. If you have not had time to look at your options, shop this month, AFTER Mercury goes direct October 9. If you need a roommate, make your choice over the weekend of October 24-25.

With such a strong emphasis on your home, if you are not finishing up a move or renovation, and you would like to give a Halloween party, this would be the ideal year to do so. Neptune will make an aspect of divine harmony with the Sun on October 30, still strong and influential on October 31, the date of Halloween. You can be sure that Halloween this year will encourage partygoers to go all out when designing their costumes. If you want to give a party, you'd create an amazingly lyrical atmosphere, and the decorations would be magical, enchanting, and imaginative. Consider throwing that party!

At the end of September, you may have had to sign important papers, but you seem to have encountered last minute concerns about some of the clauses in a contract, or concerning clauses that were missing or never addressed. If you delayed the signing, you did the right thing. As you enter October, you may still be negotiating changes that need to be made. Travel was indicated, so you may have to arrange a quick face-to-face meeting with the person who will share your contract. Mercury has been retrograde since mid-September, so after this planet turns direct on October 9, you can sign all papers of importance.

The new moon October 12 will further emphasize legal matters, and travel again too, especially for business. This time your trip would take you much farther away from your base, over many miles. Again, a face-to-face talk seems necessary and would be far more effective than email, because more concerns are liable to surface unexpectedly as a result of this new moons' clash with Uranus and Pluto.
