Last month, financial talks and calculations took up a lion's share of your time, but February brings in a lighter, freer, and happier month, with time to let go and take time off to visit other cities and pretty resort locations.

You may be on a long trip as the month takes off, either on your way back home or on the way out, but either way, this trip will be a "10" in your book. The full moon will appear on February 3 and will be brimming with happy vibrations. Jupiter, your ruling planet, will be orbiting very close to the moon, bringing you luxury and ease, so it looks like your accommodations and the places you go (restaurants, spa events) will be first class. As a Sagittarius, you love to travel more than any other activity - it is such a priority for you. Use this peach of full moon to spin your compass and be spontaneous. Uranus, the planet of surprise, will be in the wings, making sure you get an unexpected offer to jet off.

If you cannot travel, you may be hosting people from abroad (or a very distant city) in your hometown. The ninth house, so lit up by the gorgeous full moon, also rules other activities. You may be working on finishing a broadcasting or publishing project, or getting ready to show it to the world, and if so, it will bring thunderous applause. If your birthday falls on December 6, or within five days of this date, you will be in prime position to reap all the goodness that this full moon has to give. If you are not born at this time of the month in your sign, you may have a natal planet at 15 degrees (or within five degrees of that degree) in Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius, or Aquarius. Going back to my report on February for you, more travel is indicated just after the new moon in Aquarius arrives, February 18. This moon is very unusual in that it falls at 29 degrees 59 minutes, just one tiny minute from Pisces. This makes this new moon very cusp-y, and will bring energy not only to your travel sector but also to your home sector too. I will get to a discussion about your home in a minute, but it's clear, you will have a lot going on this month.

This full moon will bring lots of communication, travel, meetings, overflowing email, ringing phones, memos - you will be busy! If you work in publishing, advertising, broadcasting, film, the travel business, public relations, marketing, or sales, double what I just said. You will be on your skateboard, for sure. If you have a writing project to start, a thesis to finish, a screenplay to refine, or a script to memorize, this would be the right time to begin, specifically, just after the new moon appears February 18. This will be the second of six super moons, which means this moon will land closer to earth than most, and that seems to allow the new moon to create have a greater effect on all of us.

Saturn will be in hard angle to this new moon, suggesting the projects you will be working on will demand stamina from you. Knowing this, you will need to pace yourself. Get enough sleep and make an extra effort to eat right. Your body cannot run on fumes - it needs nutrition. Neptune will fall very close to this new moon, practically ensuring that heaping doses of creativity will be possible, all from you. (More about this later in this report, as this trend will grow!)

Mercury will continue to retrograde, a holdover from last month that started January 21, but will be ready to go direct February 11. You may be subject to delays when you travel, so call the airlines ahead, and you might as well confirm your hotel reservation before you leave too. Do not sign a contact prior to February 11 - it looks like you will be given one to look over, but contracts signed when Mercury is out of phase more often than not have to be renegotiated later. Avoid buying electronics, for the product is not likely to bring you the satisfaction you assume it will if purchased during the retrograde. Mercury rules electronics and the moving parts of all machines, cars, computers, and appliances. You would want Mercury to be strong and alert when purchasing these type items, not dead asleep on the couch and completely groggy!

Furthermore, your judgment is off when Mercury retrogrades, for Mercury rules thinking, negotiating, and perception. This is one aspect that affects everyone. Conditions are in flux, but they won't seem to have changed, and that's the part that causes problems later. Sit tight and wait until after February 11, always allowing a bit of space of days after the retrograde is over.

The new moon, February 18, as I had mentioned, falls on the cusp of two houses, your house of travel, communication, and negotiation, and your house of home and family. This means plans for your home living situation are about to jump to life any minute too. You are always in charge, so you can make large or small changes, although this month, looking at your chart, it appears your plans are ambitious.

Mars has been heating up your home sector, getting you think about what you'd like to do to change your decor, to renovate your space, to make repairs, or if you need to move, to think about where you might go. Mars entered your home sector in mid-January, so these questions have started to come up, or soon will. Mars won't leave your home sector until February 19, so if you are about to collect information, interview contractors, view available houses and apartments, or want to create a vision board, select color chips, and have other fun tasks to do to get ready for your big plan, you have enough cosmic energy now to get the ball rolling. Repairs are an excellent activity to do when Mercury is out of phase, so you can start those projects now.

Watery Neptune will remain in your home sector until 2026, so make sure you ask about possible flooding or water damage to your home (or intended home). It is imperative that you get renters or homeowners insurance that includes a water damage rider. Problems with water are rarely included - it is something you'll want to ask about to be sure you are protected. It doesn't matter where you live, Neptune will follow you.

Venus will be in your home sector until February 20. Venus will help you make beautiful design choices, with the week of February 12 to 20 ideal to acquire furniture and electronics and to make design decisions. (Mercury will be retrograde until February 11, which is why you need to wait until mid-month.)

Here's the big news! On March 20 a very friendly solar eclipse will occur in your house of home and family. This tells me something is being stirred up, and you will certainly be ready for changes by the time this eclipse comes on March 20 and opens a new path for you. The March 20 eclipse will be the first of many new moon solar eclipses in the coming two years in the sign of Pisces and Virgo (ruling your career), and that eclipse family won't finish until February 26, 2017.

As you see, the March 20 solar new moon eclipse will not start up a short, stand-alone trend but one that will have a longer, bigger trend, and the power to completely transform and improve your living situation - at some point - over the next two years. (Eclipses come by every six months and advance the discussion that you had started at the eclipse that arrived earlier.)

Sometimes changes are not physical ones, but relate to family, such as the birth of a new baby, or your parents' choice to move. Announcements like these also are possible, and you can think of more. There are lots of possibilities, and for you, changes seem positive.

Finally, let's talk about love! This is the month that holds Valentine's Day, but for you, Valentine's Day may come a week later. If so, that's never a problem! It's always a good time to celebrate love!

Mars will go into Aries on February 19 and remain through all of March. This is the very finest sign to host Mars, for Mars will light your house of true love for all those weeks.
