Dear Sagittarius, for a moment, turn away from other activities to focus on money. The full moon July 1 will appear in Capricorn 10 degrees and will start the ball rolling. This full moon is a happy one, so it will allow you to be highly productive. It will light your second house of personal finances, and so it may find you paying bills, sending in your expense report to your boss, sending deposits, purchasing an expensive something that you need, and if self-employed, reminding those clients who still owe you a check. In a more exciting manifestation, you may be studying a financial deal on the table you will need to negotiate.

Neptune will be especially well-angled to this full moon, so if you work in the creative arts, including music, film, or photography, you will see money pour in. The project will have something to do with an artistic endeavor you created or that another person created and that you support as an agent or as part of the support staff to that artist. If you are in talks, those discussions will proceed swiftly. Full moons make things happen fast. Neptune rules, in addition to the arts, your solar fourth house of home and property, so you may see a lease or real estate deal finish at the July 1 full moon (plus or minus four days) - a good time to do it. If you are moving into a new space then, you will have chosen one of the best moments of the year to do so, and chances are, you will love your new space.

The same day, July 1, brings an extraordinary alignment of Venus and Jupiter, and if you look up at the night sky, you will see these two bright stars twinkling together without the aid of a telescope. Venus rules love, happiness, and beauty, as well as all elements that embellish and make life more fun - think of Venus as the icing on the cake. Jupiter is the giver of gifts and luck, and whenever we find Jupiter in conversation with another planet - especially in powerful conjunction like Jupiter and Venus will be - money, profit, or a valuable gift cannot be far behind. Jupiter is the guardian planet for Sagittarius, so this aspect will have special significance for you. July 1 and the days surrounding it will be a fabulous time of the month for you.

This year, Venus and Jupiter will meet in Leo, a fire sign like yours, and that makes this extra special for you too. If you plan to go to a foreign country for any reason, your trip will be a big success. If single, if you are going abroad for work or study, you may even find romance at your destination or in transit.

Venus and Jupiter will conjoin at 22 degree Leo, and if your birthday falls on December 13, plus or minus four days, you will have a double dip of favor. Venus and Jupiter will stay in close mathematical proximity during the entire month, so all activities ruled by the ninth house - which I will discuss next - will be fortunate for you. You will feel the glow!

Your ninth house rules intellectual discussion and debate and higher education, international travel and foreign relationships, immigration, the justice system, legal matters, and academia. One of these areas will be beneficial for you now, or in coming weeks. The ancient astrologers felt that international travel is a form of higher education, the reason why distant journeys are found in the intellectual ninth house.

If you cannot travel, a person with whom you work and who is based at a far distance may be on the phone with you quite a bit in the first week of July. You may be doing a job for that person, and you both will be discussing the details. Or that person based overseas may come to visit you, and you will be the host. If you are awaiting citizenship papers, a passport, green card, or visa, good news should surface now or in September, quite seamlessly.

The ninth house, so active for you, is where concepts and ideas are debated and where we take in information, and disperse information too. That's why publishing, broadcasting, streaming, and all things related to the Internet come under the ninth house. You may be a producer who is finishing up an in-depth news story for broadcast or writing a story for publication in a prestigious magazine or newspaper. Legal issues and the court system also come under the ninth house, and if you have a court case going on, you might want to settle the case early in the month, the time when aspects for a substantial settlement glow.

Talks about an artistic project may proceed to a new, more advanced level on July 8, when Mars, now in your eighth house of other people's money, will signal Neptune, planet of the arts, now touring your solar fourth house, considered to be the house the ancients called where to look for "the end of a matter." It is that magical area of the chart, found at the very bottom of the horoscope wheel (where the number 6 is on the face of a clock), where tomorrow eventually turns into today, and when at midnight, today turns into yesterday and a new day dawns. I feel a financial matter may reach accord by July 8, for planets will stimulate that part of your chart ruling closure.

More important financial talks will open up when the new moon July 15 will arrive in Cancer, 23 degrees, in your eighth house of other people's money. New moons open a blast of energy lasting two weeks, always strongest at the beginning, when the new moon appears. Depending on the seeds you plant during those two weeks, your actions will have the power to affect your life for a year or more, until another new moon will return to the same house to renew the energy a year from now. (We only get one new moon a year in each of the houses of the horoscope. Each time a new moon arrives, it brings with it very new and different energy.)

This particular new moon of July 15 might bring you a large influx of cash, but with Pluto in opposition to this new moon, the terms of the agreement may be somewhat unattractive, and your mission will be to change those difficult terms to make the deal more palatable to you. Also, the Sun will be in hard angle to Uranus, the planet of completely unanticipated developments, so the deal may be going along fine when suddenly the other party will toss in a demand that has never been discussed and that will concern you if included. This habit of making last-minute demands is often used as a tactic to get you to agree to almost anything by signature in the final hours, but one I find reprehensible.

I have seen something even worse - big companies throwing in demands AFTER the deal is signed, especially in cases where no clauses were ever included in the contract to cover the type of demand being brought up. (The other side might have deliberately omitted the topic.) When you protest, executives will fold their arms over their chest and say, "Are you going to be a problem?" Of course, it'll be a juicy deal that you want. The other side will sense you want it, and will almost force you to accept their last-minute terms. (Remember, you can always walk away.)

That type of sudden change to the deal might happen for you, and I say that because Uranus will be so active. Keep your antenna up. This deal seems to involve a creative effort - something artistic or literary - and so you may have strong feelings about what you will and will not agree to do. Ask your lawyer to suggest ways you can protect yourself from the client's last minute demands, whether the deal has been signed or not. It may not be possible, but you can always huddle with your lawyer ahead of time to tighten up the contract's language.

While you can't protect yourself from every instance in this world (not with Uranus so active), the more time you spend thinking about the contract, the better. I never view a contract as a paper to bring to court (although it could be) but rather, a blueprint for each side to understand their responsibilities so that once the endeavor starts, it can go along smoothly and bring success from the union.

If you can wait until July 21 or July 22, you will have two superb financial days to sign or to meet and present your sound ideas. The first, July 21, will bring the Sun in perfect sync with Saturn. Authority figures will be impressed with you, and Saturn will see to it that the deal you hammer out is stable and long lasting. On the second day, July 22, Mercury will be in sync with Saturn and will bring you excellent industry publicity, in addition to offering substantial profit potential. Both days are ideal for signing papers that will create a long-term relationship. Saturn is the natural ruler of your second house of earned income, another reason these two days will be so special for you.

On July 25, Venus will go retrograde until September 6. Although Venus will no longer be retrograde in early September, Venus will need additional time to ramp up to her former strength and alertness. This time, Venus will be back in top form by October 9. Get your deal done early in the month, or later, by July 21 or July 22. You want to avoid the retrograde, as Venus has influence over finances and profits too.

You may already know that Venus rules love, romance, fun, good looks, grace, luxury, fun, and celebrations too. While Venus retrogrades, she will withhold her greatest powers, so in the coming weeks, we will enter a more no-frills period. Do not change your hair radically by choosing a completely new style or color. (Venus rules beauty, so of course, you will want Venus in strong, vibrant condition when you make dramatic changes to your face. Regular trims and routine grooming are fine to do.) Don't schedule Botox treatments or plastic surgery either because you may not enjoy the results.

Hold off, too, on getting engaged (Venus rules love) and on throwing a large, lavish party or a charity or political fundraiser (Venus rules social events, and profits). Venus beautifies all it touches, and rules flowers and perfume, too, but when Venus is retrograde, she has limited powers. That means you should not undertake new landscaping on your property until after September 6, or better yet, until after October 9. The same advice goes for choosing a new perfume or scent. A note to my male readers: this all applies to you too, so avoid changing your appearance for now, too. For example, it may not be the right time to shave off your beard or to grow one - your children may cry and ask where their daddy went!

The month will end with an opportunity to take a quick, short trip. The full moon in Aquarius 8 degrees will occur on July 31, a Friday, so perhaps you can leave then for a relaxing, carefree weekend. There will be not one adverse aspect to take away from your fun - it should be a perfect time for you to chill out, especially after all the negotiation you've done during July!

Lots of attention and possibly a financial negotiation will be on the agenda the moment the month begins. The full moon on July 1 will be friendly and will allow you to set up a stable financial base for the future. Pluto will work beautifully with the full moon, indicating you have the potential to make quite a bit of money from a large deal you may be negotiating.

Certain indications are also pointing to possible good news due regarding your home or other property, or concerning a family member, too, and that family member would most likely be one of your parents. If you are buying, selling, or renovating property, you will be very pleased with the way talks proceed, for the full moon of July 1 should swiftly bring accord and a nice bundle of cash.

On July 2, the Mercury will receive a beam from Uranus, a superb day to brainstorm for innovative ideas. By all means, set aside time for creative thinking, for fresh concepts will keep coming to you, especially ones that can be used in your career. Write them down!

On July 3, news and publicity about you and your career will have you jumping for joy as Mercury, ruler of your reputation, prestige, and achievement sector (tenth house), will receive dazzling beams from Jupiter, your ruling planet. Clearly your star is on the rise, and you will have solid evidence of this a few months from now, during the second half of 2015. You may not see any clues to this truth yet, but just you wait and see! Stay the course, dear Sagittarius, for soon many of your projects will be coming up roses.

Money will again be on your mind on and in the days that follow the new moon, July 15. This new moon will be under siege, however, from Mars, Pluto, and Uranus, so the days that come just after this new moon would not be a positive time to sign a contract. During the negotiation, you will likely encounter a lot of resistance that you never expected, so the process could be arduous. With Mars opposing Pluto, the theme of the other side will be bossy and domineering, with the person almost saying, "It's my way or the highway."

If possible, negotiate during July's first week, and if you do, try to wrap things up quickly. You won't want to tangle with aspects coming July 15 and beyond. (A new moon is influential for two weeks AFTER it appears never before.) If you cannot wrap things early, ask your lawyer to have a close look at the paperwork you are sent - under these aspects you need all the advice you can get. This does not mean you can't get things your way - you can - but you will have to work carefully and persuasively toward that end.

This July 15 new moon is in your eighth house of other people's money - bank loans, venture capitalist and sponsorship money, advertisers, your mate or ex, credit card companies, student loans, taxes and mortgages, commissions, royalties, licensing fees, and big money deals. You may encounter bumps in the road, so you will need to remain alert, imaginative, and resourceful. I like July 21 and 22 for signing papers.

Travel is written all over your chart too. Whether you travel for personal or professional reasons, this month you will enjoy happiness and success on those trips. These two benefic planets meet only once a year and always choose a different sign in which to meet. This time, on July 1, these two benefic planets will meet in Leo in your ninth house of international and distant travel, making July 1 tailor made for you. It should be a four-star day! If your birthday falls near December 13, it will be a five-star day! Remember, however, that Jupiter and Venus will move very slowly, staying within reach of each other all month!

Other areas of gain for you include: academia and pursuits for a higher education, the media (publishing, broadcasting, and the Internet), legal matters and the courts, matters related to immigration and citizenship, and international travel and relationships.

You may be able to take a short trip near the full moon, July 31, and I hope you can go, for you will need the rest. A weekend away in the fresh air and sunshine will do you a world of good. Uranus, ruler of Aquarius, will go retrograde July 26 until December 25, and Uranus holds sway over your third house of travel. Make sure your mechanic feels your car is in good working condition and confirm your lodging reservations, to make sure they did not get deleted in error on the hotel's computer. Get as much work finished off at the office as possible so that you can make leaving the office easier.

If you need to sign a contract, as said earlier, the paperwork would likely be finalized near July 31. I prefer you sign prior to the day Venus goes retrograde, July 25, but that may not be possible. It would be unrealistic to wait for Uranus, ruler of your third house of agreements, to turn direct (Uranus will retrograde from July 26 to December 25). You can sign at month's end if your lawyer gives approval. Your two best days for signing and agreeing verbally to any new venture will be July 21 and July 22, but if you simply can't make that deadline, do so by July 31.

The July 1 full moon in Capricorn is a favorable one for you to address all kinds of financial matters. Neptune will be active and help you to reap money from creative efforts, yours or of those people you support who are artistic or literary.

The meeting of Venus and Jupiter, due July 1, is one of the gifts of the universe. This happens annually, always in a different sign. This year these two luminaries will meet in fellow fire-sign Leo, in your ninth house. What happy time this should be for you! Travel, the media, academic pursuits, legal issues, and more all will glow for you.

The new moon, July 15 in Cancer, will bring some turbulence in financial negotiations, due to a hard angle from surprise-a-minute Uranus and the opposition of Pluto and Mars. Talks will be all over the place, and you will need your lawyer close.

Venus will retrograde from July 25 to September 6, but will become much stronger and more vital a little later, by October 9. Do not make sweeping changes to your appearance or give big parties during this retrograde. It is not a time to get engaged.
