This will be a landmark month, for from now on, life will improve noticeably for you. For too long you have suffered with lack of cooperation, difficulties with (or worries about) a partner in love or business, and on top of that, you may also have had a health concern. Now life will become instantly brighter, for Jupiter, planet of happiness and good fortune will enter Libra on September 9, to stay thirteen months, until October 10, 2017. Just about every phase of your life will bring improvement.

You have not had a visit from Jupiter in Libra since September 2004 to October 2005, so the coming period will indeed be special. Jupiter takes twelve years to orbit the Sun, and in that time, Jupiter spends approximately one year with each sign. This is your turn to be crowned the celestial favorite, and other signs will support you. It will be an exciting time for you.

To get ready for this remarkable phase, last year I coaxed you to give up obligations that no longer held the fascination they once did. In the past year, it was time to clear out all the clutter in your life, including people who burn your time and those who clearly do not have your best interests at heart. You needed to wipe the slate clean because now you are standing on the threshold of a thrilling new cycle that will take you into a new decade.

Increasingly, you will find that successful people will surround you and will stimulate you, inspire you, and believe in you. They will make introductions for you so your circle will expand. Among the new faces, if you are single, you will have the best chance to meet your one true love. The ancients wrote the year that Jupiter tours your sign will always be your best year for finding lasting love. Of course, you will have to do your part by being willing to circulate and being open to meeting different types. You may think you know precisely the kind of profile of person you would like to marry, but the universe holds many surprises.

You will be offered many more opportunities this year than you have ever seen before, but it will be important to be choosy. Pick the ones that hold the most fascination for you, that have the greatest future potential, and that feed your soul. If you stretch yourself too thin, you won’t be able to concentrate on anything well, and that would be a shame. Be discriminating and focus. Sometimes Jupiter brings so many goodies that we become lazy, barely lifting a finger to go after what we want, for so much else is presented on a silver tray. Don’t let this happen to you. With such power behind you, you can have the happiest year of your life, but you must be part of the process and show the universe what is most important to you.

The ideas that you have now are precious and deserve to be heard. In the next gestation of this trend, the second cycle starting thirteen months from now, in October 2017 and extending twelve months, you will enter a cycle of enormous financial reward, but those rewards will hark back to the projects you seed now and through the coming thirteen months that Jupiter will remain in Libra. You will grow in confidence, and your optimism will return, and all along you will also see that your health will improve, for Jupiter is linked to all these areas.

You may also decide to travel to a very distant port in the coming year, for Jupiter will encourage you to expand your horizons. Your trip will likely be to a country or city you’ve never visited and be based far from you, and that will require a passport to enter. If, alternatively, you hope to attend the university to get an advanced degree, make application to schools you would be excited to attend.

To show you just how wonderful this trend will be, watch what happens over the two luckiest days of the year, remarkably coming this month on September 25-26, when Jupiter will align with the Sun in Libra. Use one of these days to schedule something that is hard to achieve, where you would like to have an edge. Use it to have an interview, launch a new product, or meet someone new that you hope will have good chemistry with you. Or, make it the first day you open your business, start an advertising campaign, or do important publicity. If you need favor from a distinguished VIP or professional person, these are your days. This would also be sensational days to travel and to enjoy a touch of luxury.

Just a few days later, you will experience the finest new moon of the year, September 30 in Libra, 8 degrees. This new moon will enter the room dressed in her white silk gown, with two dignitaries, Jupiter on one arm and the Sun on the other. This is extraordinary, for this new moon will help you by opening doors that were previously locked. Take this new moon seriously and launch something new – anything that you are passionate about! You haven’t had cosmic help on this scale in over a decade. The steps you take in the ten days that follow that new moon will have a powerful affect.

All new moons are influential for ten days, but the important part to keep in mind is that the seeds you plant in the days that quickly follow the new moon will have the power to make your life happier and more prosperous in the year to come (or forever). It will be twelve months until the next new moon in Libra will come by to refresh this one, so if you launch an important relationship or business idea at this time, it could pay you dividends for ten years or more. Remember to start just after the new moon appears, the sooner the better.

This new moon is my favorite of 2016 for marriage or for forming serious, official business collaboration. A friend may now help you in a big way too. Mars is the only planet that will be acting out of sorts, so it’s possible that you will have problems with housing or (alternatively) with your family, who may have unsolicited opinions about the steps you are about to take that you won’t want to hear. Family is important, so see if any of what they say has merit (that is, if family is saying anything critical).

If your birthday falls on September 25-26 (the dates of the luckiest days of the year) or September 30, plus or minus five days, you will do exceptionally well this month, and because this is happening on your solar return (literally the place the Sun occupied at birth) you will be showered with luck ALL YEAR!

The same is true if you have Libra rising from 0 to 10 degrees Libra. Also, if you know your moon or natal planet is in Libra, Aquarius, Gemini, Aries, Leo, or Sagittarius, 8 degrees, plus or minus five degrees, you too, will have outstanding events occur after the September 30 new moon. I am splitting hairs here – just about every Libra will have something to celebrate!

Mars has been in Sagittarius most of this year, which is highly unusual, and Mars may have had you traveling short distances quite a bit. Or, you may have been writing more documents than usual, or doing public appearances. This trend is about to simmer down at month’s end. Additionally, you may have been thinking about a sister, brother, or cousin too, and have had more than usual interaction, but that too will lessen now. Before it does, a gorgeous day to be involved in any of these activities would be when Mars and Uranus trade signals on September 17. It’s a day due to be filled with surprise and fun.

The new trend, with Mars in Capricorn, will begin to coax you to focus you on your home. You will get more emphasis on your home and family in January, but you can accomplish much while Mars stays in your sign from September 27 to November 8.

Mercury will go retrograde almost all month, from August 30 to September 22. Take that time to retrace your recent steps and see if there are any changes you would like to make in recent projects or relationships as you go forward. Mercury retrograde gives us all time to make adjustments. Your schedule will open up as meetings get rearranged or postponed, and that will give you extra time to focus on the areas that need your attention. Don’t sign a contract if you can avoid doing so, for later you may wish you hadn’t signed and will want to renegotiate it. It also wouldn’t be wise to buy an expensive machine or electronic item like a car, computer, smart phone, kitchen appliance, or vacuum cleaner, as a few examples. Wait, and you will make better choices later, in the month’s last week.

In terms of love, this will be your month. Venus will glide through Libra almost all month, from the first day until September 23.  Venus teaches the value of letting others come to you, so you won’t have to try too hard to get attention. Moreover, with Jupiter working hard for you, your magnetism should draw others to you.

Uranus is still in your seventh house, so if your birthday falls October 13 to October 22, you will still have to be careful about the partners you align yourself with in love or in business. Do careful background research, and by all means, commit only after you have had a chance to know the person well. Uranus is the planet of unpredictable events, and hosting this planet in your marriage and business partnership house can be difficult. It’s nearly impossible to plan for what Uranus will bring – the point of this planet is to keep you on your toes, and to develop your resourcefulness.

The business partnerships that come under the seventh house where Uranus is found rule one-on-one collaborations, such as the partner you choose to go into business to achieve a common goal, or the agent or publicist you choose to represent you. This trend will leave when Uranus leaves Aries for good in March 2019, but you won’t feel the challenges of this erratic planet the entire time.

If your birthday falls in September, or in October prior to October 13, you have met the challenges of Uranus and they are over. Uranus’ orbit takes 84 years to go around the Sun, so you won’t experience this trend ever again, for in the process you will learn a great deal about human character.

You may have more than usual interaction with medical personnel this month, due to the strong emphasis on health. There will be two eclipses this month, one, a solar new moon eclipse on September 1 and the other, a lunar full moon eclipse, September 16.

As the month opens, the new moon solar eclipse of September 1, in Virgo 9 degrees, shows that your solar twelfth house will be packed with supportive planets. You may be scheduling time with a doctor, dentist, or psychiatrist. It’s an ideal time to go for help, for this eclipse is friendly and will open a new path.

If you need surgery, schedule it on September 26, for Jupiter, the planet of healing, will be very prominent. Other possibilities are associated with the solar eclipse September 1. You may hear of a secret that will rise to the surface – news may be shocking in some way. Keep in mind that that secrets that come out during eclipse time are meant to protect you – use what you hear to your advantage.

At the September 16 lunar eclipse, something will end or be wrapped up. You may be working on a high profile project that you are about to finish. Keep up your strength, for you will be spending quite a bit of energy at this time. If you don’t feel well at this time, be careful of the medicine you take. Ask about side effects, for Neptune will be conjunct the moon and could cause unintended problems.

In terms of your career, if you hope to make progress, the new moon (not an eclipse) of September 30 will be quite helpful, for Jupiter will align perfectly with the moon, the heavenly body that naturally rules your tenth house of honors, awards, and achievement. This means if you want a new position or a promotion, aspects will work to your favor after September 30. It’s possible that you will be called in to have confidential talks in an out-of-the-way location, or asked to work on a secret project launch that will have to remain under the radar for a while, while the project is perfected.

Over recent years, as a Libra, you have walked over broken glass and hot coals. Life certainly has not been easy for you, and that was due to an unusual array of difficult aspects that normally would have been spaced out by many years, but that came at you one after the other. You barely had time to breathe. At times, the challenges may have seemed nearly endless. If you think back, your entire string of difficulties started in March 2009. Now, this difficult period is coming to an end with the arrival of Jupiter, planet of good fortune, when this generous planet enters Libra on September 9 for the first time in twelve years.

From this point on, you will enter one of your very best years of your life. Get your wish list ready. In your upcoming Emerald Year, think about what you would most like to achieve. This will be a year to remember, starting now and set to last until October 10, 2017.

Your luckiest days of the year will be September 25 or 26, but here I am splitting hairs – BOTH days will be exceptional because the mighty Sun will conjoin Jupiter, an annual event. This is the first year in a decade that these two luminaries will meet in Libra. On one of these two days, stretch to reach something difficult to achieve because the force will be with you! These will be remarkably happy days, and doubly so if your birthday falls within five days of these two dates.

Your sparkling aspects will keep on coming. The new moon September 30 will be in Libra and is one of the most divine new moons of the year. A new moon will always open a portal of ten days to take action toward something you want dearly. Jupiter will be conjunct this moon, protecting you and ensuring you will be seen in the best possible light – it doesn’t get any better than this. Take action with confidence.

The seeds you plant now can grow like Jack and the Beanstalk’s beans in time. While not all of your proposals will get approved and funded, a much higher number than usual will, and glow so fast, it will be as if those seeds were sprinkled with magical fast-grow plant food. See any high level person who will see you. You will now see the truth in the saying, “Good things happen fast.”

In this busy month you will also have two eclipses, the first September 1 in Virgo, and the second one September 16 in Pisces. On the first one, a new moon solar eclipse, you may feel the need to consult a coach, therapist, or doctor to help rid yourself of a habit you feel you’d be healthier without. Eclipses bring a sense of determination and urgency, so you can succeed this time, even if you’ve tried and failed in the past. The Greek ideal of strong mind, strong body will reign here, and if you stay the course, you will be pleased with results.

The September 16 eclipse will be a full moon lunar eclipse, emphasizing your physical health and your work. Stay strong, as you will be working up against a tight office deadline within four days of September 16. Things that happen at eclipse time have weight and always point toward future events.
