You will like this month, for almost all the little planets will be acting like angels and support you fully. February will be among the very best months of the year, although for you, early March will be mighty special too. Although this is a short month, you will soon see, it's chockfull of sweet aspects, starting from the very beginning.

On February 3, you may find that Valentine's Day comes early. Mars, still circulating in your fifth house of true love (until March 5), will reach out in exact degree to Pluto in your seventh house of commitment. If you have been dating a while and are sure your partner is the one, then there will be no more reason to wait to exchange rings and promises. If you are already committed to the one you love, then celebrate your love with a surprise dinner out or with another little unexpected pleasure.

This will be a gold-star moment for you. You may need to wait for the new moon on February 8 to trigger the news, and I will tell you more about that new moon in a moment. The bottom line is, if you have been working in earnest, you will make an impressive sum of money in the first week of February, or be given a company benefit that is quite valuable.

Also on these same days, February 5-6, Mercury will be in ideal angle to Jupiter, giver of gifts and luck. This will be a fantastic day for any communications-oriented action - give a speech, write an important letter or proposal, defend your thesis, serve on a panel, hand in a manuscript or report, or travel, as Mercury also rules not only communication but trips of all kinds, for any purpose.

The big, important date, as every month, is the new moon, for her job is to create a portal of opportunity and news. This new moon will open the door to moneymaking opportunities, not in terms of earned income or salary, but the kind of money that would arrive in one lump sum. This money might be performance-oriented money, such as you would receive for a commission, licensing fee, royalty, or bonus. It might be news of an inheritance or of a valuable gift that is being sent to you. Uranus, the planet of unexpected developments, will smile at this new moon, so when news comes in the ten days following this new moon, you may be surprised. The news that comes up may be related to something that happens a few days earlier, February 6-7, so you may get the hint then. Saturn will also be comfortingly angled to this new moon, so this new moon will help you find ways to increase your sense of security if you look for them.

The following day, February 9, Venus and Jupiter will be in happy conversation, allowing you to find accord with your partner in love or business. ("Partner" is used in the sense of anyone who works with you in a collaborative way, one on one, such as an agent or representative would do, or a writing partner or other business person. Single Cancers will love this day, and attached Cancers will love this day just as much. It'll bring flirtatious, sweet, fun. The transiting moon will be in poetic, perfect-for-you Pisces. The official day of Valentine's Day, February 14, will fall over a weekend, with the transiting moon in compatible Taurus. This month holds, at the end, Leap Year Day. As you know, this happens once every four years, when we have one extra day in February. In olden days, this day was set aside for single girls to feel free to ask their lover's hand in marriage. Today we laugh at this tradition - we don't stand on ceremony, and we feel it's fine for any member of a twosome relationship to ask the other for his or her hand in marriage. Still, if you feel your long-term relationship is getting nowhere fast, by all means, bring up the topic. Saturn and Venus will be in rare collaboration, adding a comforting settled feeling.
