Travel will be fun and exciting this month, and the planets will act like little loving relatives to urge you to pack your bags and go. The full moon that occurred last month on May 29 was a happy one for you, for it fell in compatible Sagittarius, 8 degrees, in your third house of communication and travel. You may have taken a quick trip to a beautiful nearby spot. In America, that was the Memorial Day holiday week, a popular time to be away for many people, but your chart shows quite a big emphasis on travel, so packing your weekend bag may have been irresistible for you.
There were other possible outcomes related to the May 29 full moon that you might still be thinking about as you enter June. You may have signed papers, a good time to do so. Or, you may have hatched a plan with your sister or brother to do something together, or were simply focused on your sibling because something might be going on go in his or her life.
If your birthday falls within five days of October 1, you likely found ways to benefit from this full moon of May 29.
Now let’s turn to this month, for June starts off with sensational aspects. On Friday, June 1, you may get exciting news about your career and money, for Venus in your house of fame and honors will receive an inspiring, silvery beam from Neptune in your sixth house of work projects. Both Neptune and Venus will receive shimmering beams from Jupiter, positioned in your second house of salary, fees, and other financial compensation. Not only do you make a name for yourself, but also you will get paid well for your work too, something that doesn’t always happen together in this world.
This means you have a golden triangle in your June horoscope as the month opens, and it includes on one point your ruler, Venus. Venus is in your tenth house of prestigious career success, suggesting that VIPs love your work and are ready to cheer you on possibly with a raise in salary. If self-employed, you seem to have the ability to please clients by turning out exceptional work for them, and they are clamoring for more, adding money to your bank account.
On Saturday, June 2, your ruler, Venus in your reputation sector will again receive vibrations from another planet, this time, Neptune, positioned in your workaday assignment sector. The new moon in Gemini 23 degrees on June 13 will set you off on a distant trip, either immediately or one you will take soon, within weeks. Neptune is in hard angle to this new moon, so make sure you know all the rules of a nation you might be visiting. For example, if your passport is valid but is about to expire in six months, you should get a new passport immediately because many nations won’t let you in, even for a short visit, when your time on your passport is getting close to running out. Six months seems to be the demarcation line, but check to get more information. Also check the State Department website to see if you can glean any advice about visas, recommended vaccines, and other travel information to the country you be visiting.
With Mercury receiving positive electric vibrations from Uranus on June 13 (as a side aspect), there is even more reason to think you may be packing your bags, because Mercury is the ultimate planet of travel. If you do go away on this date, you are likely to go spontaneously, and it might be a trip taken for your work.
When planning the dates of your upcoming trip, if you want to go in July, keep in mind a solar eclipse is coming next month, on July 12, and it will light your career sector. New professional opportunity or news of sudden changes in management at your company is likely to come up. It might be best to be back at home base and at the office at that time.
If taking a trip doesn’t resonate with you now, alternatively, you may be planning your return to college or graduate school. This new moon will help you make the plans you need to make to further your education.
Mars retrograde, June 25 to August 27, is not a favorable time to begin a new relationship or a new venture. It is, however, a good time to go back to improve a relationship that needs mending or to root out flaws in an existing project you finished or are doing now.
The ninth house is also the house of dissemination of information, so you may instead be starting a publishing or broadcasting project, a great time to do so, for Neptune’s hard angle to the Sun may actually inspire you and sharpen your creative thinking. Make sure you understand the assignment and don’t go down the wrong path in your enthusiasm to get started, as Neptune’s presence can add some confusion.
If you need a green card, visa, passport, or other important government paperwork, you can get started and see progress after June 13.
If you get a jury duty notice, you may delay the date, but again, knowing the rules and following them will be paramount to avoid frustration. I just was sent a jury duty notice and am allowed to delay the date only once. (I will be on a plane that day so I can’t serve.) After that I have to go to the courthouse and explain things if I need it moved again. I always want to serve – I love law cases on TV – but I never get chosen for a jury, being an astrologer. We will see what happens when I have to go in, in early August.
If your birthday falls on October 16, plus or minus five days, you will find ways to benefit from this new moon, June 13. The same is true if you have Libra rising 23 degrees or the natal moon in that degree, plus or minus five degrees, or if you have a planet at 23 degrees of Libra, Gemini, Aquarius, Aries, Leo, or Sagittarius plus or minus five degrees. If you have a planet that fits into your unique chart, you will feel the opportunities that I listed quite strongly.
One day NOT to sign papers will be on June 15 when Saturn will oppose Mercury. You have so many good days this month, avoiding this day should be easy. Saturn will press on Mercury on this date, not the ideal date to use to use to start to build a new relationship or venture.
If you need a sensational career day, circle June 19. Use this day to schedule a job interview, to make an important presentation, to travel to negotiate with a client, to give a speech, sign papers, or to do anything special to boost your career. On this day, Mercury and Jupiter will be in ideal alignment, linking your house of professional success and money, suggesting things will go your way.
You will have another date to circle on your calendar – June 22 – for more career progress that could bring a wonderful breakthrough. On that day, the Sun will be in your prestigious tenth house of career accolades and success and will receive an electric beam from Uranus in your eighth house of other people’s money. Whatever comes up for you will be a surprise, but seems to make you very happy about the way your career is going and the money you will receive. The money might come from commission, bonus, venture capital, a large business loan, family, or from another source.
June will end on a full moon in Capricorn 6 degrees on June 27. This full moon is mixed in outlook and will draw your attention to your home or family situation. You may move house now, complete a renovation, see a roommate leave, or make a big decision about a family matter – your parent seems to be the most likely person.
Full moons certainly bring endings to make way for a beginning. This full moon has Saturn conjunct the full moon, suggesting this will be a strenuous time, either physically or one that presses on you psychologically. The work you do could be arduous – if you are moving, get help.
You may be very concerned about the welfare of a female near, most likely your mother, or because Saturn opposes the Sun, be instead concerned about the health and well-being of your father, male boss, or that of a close male friend. Generally, Saturn brings concern, a feeling of great responsibility, or a list of tasks that seems unusually arduous. Yet this full moon is mixed – there are good aspects, too.
Anything you do that is home or family related usually involves money, and at this full moon, you are likely to get superb and unexpected news about money suddenly coming in just when you need it most. Money may come in the form of a mortgage, home improvement loan, or other infusion of cash, because Uranus will be beautifully aspect the moon in a supremely harmonious trine position (120 degrees).
The Sun will also get help from Uranus, so simultaneously, news from your career could also make you smile, for again you could have a commission or bonus coming from actions that you took at work earlier.
Jupiter will be within orb too of this full moon, bringing you even more money. For example, you may receive news of a raise that you asked for earlier. Financially, you do have quite a rosy picture, not only at month’s end, but all month.
In romance, you still have Mars energizing your true love sector, a trend that started May 16 and that will continue an unusually long time, until November 15. Mars rarely stays in any one part of the chart for six months – his usual stay is six or seven weeks. The reason Mars will stay so long is that he is about to go retrograde this month on June 26 until August 27. You will have a long time to enjoy heightened romance this year, and when Venus, your guardian planet, moves to Leo on June 13 to stay until July 9, you will have your very best period for love. It is also a great time to go shopping for some new things.
Mars retrograde, however, is not a favorable time to begin a new relationship, but rather a good time to work to mending a present relationship that might need your attention. If you are dating someone, after Mars starts to retrograde on June 26, you may change your mind more than once about the future of your relationship due to the changing orbit of Mars. Don’t pressure yourself – decide early in June or wait until September.
This would not be an ideal period (June 26 to August 27) to have IVF fertilization, as it might not work. Considering how expensive those treatments can be, you might want to wait until September to do it.
The fifth house rules not only love and children, but also creative projects, so you may need to go back to an important project you were about to finish (or did finish) to correct flaws, something you would do during the coming two months.
Overall, when Mars is retrograde, it is not the time to begin new projects or launch important new ventures. Mars is pure energy, and when he is orbiting normally, he takes two days to travel one degree. However, as you get close to retrograde on June 26, he begins to slow down. This should be a very sunny month for you on many levels, from career, creativity and job opportunities, and home-related developments, to romance, new love, and time with children. In fact, you may possibly hear of the appearance of a new baby in the family, bringing joy to one and all. June is your month, dear Libra, so drink it in and enjoy it to the fullest. Let’s review at the details.
First, in the first days of June, you seem to have travel fever. You seem not to want to travel far, and you may have just taken a short weekend trip to a nearby resort for a weekend of fun. It will do you good to distance yourself from everyday cares.
You will have opportunities to travel farther away from home after the new moon in Gemini appears June 13. Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, and of your ninth house of distant, possibly oversea, travel, will be in lovely attitude toward Uranus. This means you may have a surprise, spontaneous trip come up, and if so it would go deliciously well. There will be a caveat – you must nail down all aspects of a trip ahead of time because Neptune will be adding large doses of confusion and miscommunication.
For example, the hotel that displayed beautiful photographs online, may reveal that parts of the property were never shown – the concrete beach and the view that was promised overlooks a highway. Is the only food offered at your hotel a vending machine on the third flood? You can avoid nightmares like this by reading fellow travelers’ reviews of the hotel. If you plan to fly, and need to change planes to get to your destination, make sure your wait between flights won’t be too long or too short. Neptune in the weeks after the new moon June 13 will make it necessary to get accurate, complete information before heading out.
When it comes to career, the first two weeks will be your best to make progress. During that time your ruler Venus will be moving through your career sector until June 13, a time when your popularity with VIPs will be at an all-time high. From June 13, Neptune might cause confusion in your work projects, so go the extra mile to ask questions to be sure you and your client or boss are on the same page.
Your house, apartment, or other property you own or rent will draw your attention at the full moon, June 27. The structure of the house may have needed repair or have been gutted and changed – now the work is about to be finished. This full moon will be in Capricorn, which rules the structure of all things, from the bones in your body, the hierarchy of a corporation, to the structure of your living space. You may have been working on your home for a while, and if so, will now see the contractor to finally finish the job. Or, you may suddenly discover that your living quarters need repair. If none of these possibilities resonate with you, alternatively, moving day may come at month’s end, or you may have a change of roommates. It’s alternatively possible you will have an exciting furniture delivery.
At month’s end, it’s also possible your parents may need your attention, and you will come to a decision now about how best to help. This is because the fourth house, which rules where you live and property you own or rent, also rules your parents or those you think of as parents. If you need to sign a lease, do so on June 19, your best day when Jupiter and Mercury will be in sync.
With all these matters swirling about you, you still will have time for romance. In fact, love and time with children are about to become a big focus for you in weeks and months ahead. The energy planet, Mars, entered Aquarius and your fifth house of true love on May 16, and is about to stay until November 15. This is a highly unusual length of stay for Mars, for typically Mars only remains in a sign seven weeks.
The reason you will host Mars so very long in your true love sector is that Mars will retrograde this month from June 26 to August 27. During that time, Mars will be weak, so it is not a time to launch a new business idea, as Mars is closely aligned with the booster rocket that helps you win in any competition. However, from June 26 to August 27, you won’t have Mars’ help so you will have to do exceptionally hard work, and perhaps have to continually backtrack and correct projects and clarify relationships.
Use late June through August to go over projects that are finished, or nearly finished, and root out flaws you might find. Launch your new product or service in early June, or wait until September.
In relation to romance, Mars back-and-forth orbit might have you changing your mind, on, off, and on again about a person you are dating or are very serious about marrying someday. If you are attached, the possibility of having a baby will be on your mind. You may go through several stages as you think about the pros and cons, so if you don’t feel ready, don’t pressure yourself to make a fast decision. By September you will be in a far better place to make a final decision. If you ARE sure now about whether to start trying for a baby, then June would be an ideal month to move forward – just act in advance of June 26, the date Mars goes retrograde.
