As the month opens, you are in a highly romantic mood. Your ruling planet, Venus, is with her lover, Mars, her happiest place to be, on December 2 and 3, and will present you with a wonderful day for finding love or enjoying the love you have. Use it for a first date or if you have no one, you could have a bewitching chance meeting. Venus and Mars will meet in Virgo and will light your fifth house of true love, an exceedingly rare configuration to happen in your love sector. If you are attached, celebrate your love by surprising your significant other with plans for a beautiful dinner or something else that will be memorable.

December 2-3 will also be a wonderful day to shop for new clothes, for a new scent (guys too), or for women, new makeup for the coming season. Male or female, get advice about how to refresh your hair - make this your time to think about you instead of all the others in your life, as you usually do.

The entire first half of November will be very special. November 5 brings warm interaction between the Sun and Pluto, making it an ideal day to meet with a high level person, whether that person is in your company, or is your banker or any VIP, for a favorable response to a question about money. Because the Sun rules your home sector, you will also find this the ideal day to put in a bid on a house or condo, or to petition your bank to make an attractive offer on a mortgage.

A golden day for a tender love experience will be November 10, possibly your best day of the month. Jupiter will glide through your true love sector (fifth house) and link to the Sun in your commitment sector. By the following day, you may get engaged or if you are not ready yet, you may be getting ready to make an important promise to your partner. You may be looking at a new space to move into together. If you are already living together, you may talk about ways to refresh your current quarters.

Mark down November 11 as your most important moment of the month, for it holds the magnificent new moon in Scorpio, 19 degrees, and will crystalize all that you have been thinking about in terms of making a commitment to your partner. Your ruler, Venus, has long ago moved direct this year, and last month, on October 9, Mercury moved direct too, and has already reached the point of former strength by the end of October. There is no reason to hold back - move forward on plans.

Alternatively, it may be that you are ready to sign someone as an important new client in your business, to do a joint venture with a big company, or you may sign a business partner, agent, manager, publicist, or other collaborator. You can sign papers now or within a few days of November 11 to make a business partnership official. If you represent talent, you may sign a new important talent to your stable, or you may see a present talent you already represent do really well, and together you will rise in prestige and finances.

If you are already married, you may find ways to make more of the bond you have already created together. You might discuss the idea of buying a house, having a baby, taking an awe-inspiring trip together overseas, or starting a business together, as a few examples. In the business sense, if you already have one or more business partners, you may come together with your collaborators to discuss something exciting, as I alluded to above. It would most likely have to do with a creative project that you will work on for the future.

I am excited that Jupiter, giver of gifts and luck, will be in perfect angle to the new moon from the fifth house of love and artistic expression. Whenever Jupiter is involved, happiness follows, or in the business sense, generous money does too. Pluto will be in ideal angle to this new moon too, creating a perfect setting for all you hope to achieve with another person. Scorpio is a shrewd money sign, for this sign is the place of the new moon, and street-smart Pluto rules Scorpio. One way or another, you will do well financially in the ten days that follow this new moon.

If your birthday falls on May 10 plus or minus five days, you will benefit from this new moon the most. Second in importance, if you have your natal chart, have a look to see if you have a planet in Taurus, Virgo, or Capricorn at 19 degrees, plus or minus five degrees. If so, that planet (or your Sun, natal moon, or rising sign) will benefit too. If you have a water sign natal planet, such as one in Cancer, Scorpio, or Pisces within five degrees of 19 degrees, you should anticipate this new moon with glee as well. If you would like an ideal day to sign a contract, consider doing so on November 13, for Mercury and Jupiter will be so supportive of a stable, long-term agreement. Venus will be in conversation with Saturn too, adding more oomph to the likelihood of long-term gain.

Your social life will pick up beautifully from mid-month on, thanks to Neptune's turn direct on November 13. Neptune will stay in strong direct orbit until June 13, so your outlook for fun with friends is very strong and will continue a long time. Neptune rules your friendship sector, so you will get more invitations to do things with your pals and to attend festive parties, too. If you moved to a new location, it will become easier to make new friends, and if you hoped to join a social club, or a professional one, you will have an easier time to get in. (Note March as a great time to send your application, if you have no rush to do so now.) Neptune is turning direct just in time to help ensure you will have a festive holiday season with friends old and new.

Your work life will get very busy after Mars moves into Libra on November 12, to stay until January 3. You've had lovely tender vibrations that until this point are perfect for falling in love or engendering closeness with the one you love. You will have new assignments on your desk from this point on, but with Venus in your sixth house of work projects too, you will love the work you do, and co-workers and subordinates that you hire will be cooperative as well.

The only cloud in your sky may come on November 23, when Uranus, planet of unanticipated events, will oppose Venus. This is important to watch because your ruling planet will be involved. On this day, a work project or a co-worker may go off the rails, and you may be needed to quickly fix things. You won't see this coming, but it's not the first time that you have had a situation like this, and you are certainly capable of finding the right remedy.

It may be a stressful day, perhaps because a person you trusted to shepherd this project along nicely was either distracted with personal matters and activities, or completely incompetent. If you were dating a person at work, you may find out something about the character of that person and be shaken by what you learn. No matter what the reason that surprising events will rock you a bit, you will see where the weak link lies and where you were vulnerable. Things happen for a reason. You can become stronger afterward as a result.

Money will be on your mind at the full moon, November 25, the day prior to the Thanksgiving Day holiday in the US. No matter where you live (and whether you celebrate the Pilgrim's first feast or not), you may feel that you are coming up short on money. Saturn will conjunct the full moon and oppose the Sun, so perhaps simply planning a big dinner will have you tense concerning the cost of all that you will need to buy. On Sunday, November 29, the Sun will conjoin Saturn, never anyone's favorite day.

If you are feeling overwhelmed about money and the upcoming gift-giving season, don't worry so much. Saturn is pressing against the transiting Sun, and the Sun rules your family. You are a generous person, and you will want to send gifts that delight your family, but wonder how you will pay for it all. Everyone will feel edgy on this full moon, but your fears seem to be out of proportion. You will have opportunities to bring in more money before the holidays arrive, and this will be true whether you are in your own business, or work for others and do overtime or freelance work on the side for pay. You will be sensitive to criticism too, and generally feeling tired and deflated. You will need rest first - when we get tired we get pessimistic. Give yourself four more days and you will feel much better, for Saturn will be far enough away from the Sun and moon to make you feel new and more revitalized.

On the day following the full moon, November 26, Saturn will challenge Neptune in a square aspect, and that means both planets will be 90 degrees apart, considered a difficult moment or a time to become enlightened. This will be the first of three such aspects between these two planets - the next two will challenge one another in an identical way on June 17 and September 10. These two planets are very different in nature. Neptune is about dreams and creativity, and is a deeply imaginative planet. Neptune is also the higher octave of Venus, so Neptune teaches us that great love often involves sacrifice for the sake of the beloved. (That person might be your spouse, lover, child, parent, other relative, or friend). Saturn is the planet of realism and emphasizes the here and now, and all you can see and touch. Saturn will teach you to be practical and objective, and to contain your expectations a bit.

Saturn may seem harsh under this aspect, as he will force you to see the truth of a situation. Saturn is currently in a financial house, the eighth house, ruling credit cards, taxes, student loans, inheritance, divorce settlements, and other money you may have obligations to pay or expect or receive. Neptune is in your eleventh house hopes and wishes sector. Here again it seems you'd love to spend money, perhaps to participate in a friend's wedding, or to go on an exciting vacation with a friend or sweetheart, as two of many possible examples. However, you seem to have bills on your desk. Saturn will show you that those bills won't go away, so you might as well deal with them first before you make any plans.

Saturn and Neptune, as said, will make three passes - three squares - in coming months. Whenever you see three events of the same aspect within a short period of time (usually one year or spanning the end of one year and into the next), it denotes a transformation will take place by the time you reach the last pass. (As said, June 17 and September 10 are the next square between Saturn and Neptune). That means from September on, you may feel more mature when it comes to spending and managing money and do so in a more objective, sensible way. You have not seen this aspect since 1998-1999, so this seems new to you. You can handle this, so see what comes up. Taurus is one of the three very wise financial signs (the other two are Scorpio and Capricorn), so it looks like you are only about to become more so!

One perfect day for you will be the meeting of your ruler, Venus, planet of love, with sexy Mars, in your fifth house on November 2. This is exciting because this is the first time these two cosmic lovers will have met in in Virgo and your most divine fifth house of love since July 26, 1991 - and now it will happen on November 2. This same day would be superb for planning an event for one of your children too. This vibration will glow for you if single. If you are attached, circle November 10, for feelings of love will blossom for you and lead to a magical closeness.

A remarkable new moon will appear the following day, November 11, and will bring up talk of commitment - for most, that will likely be about marriage, or for others, you may use this very special new moon to advance a business partnership. In the days that follow, you will have the ideal time to make a commitment.

Taurus is known to be talented with finances, although at the flawed full moon, November 25, you may be concerned about money and the approaching gift-giving you'll be doing for the holidays. Saturn will oppose that moon, and on the following day, November 26, November Saturn and Neptune will make a decisive signal, underscoring the need to be realistic and practical in all actions in coming week. There are times when you can dream big, but this time it would be best to keep expectations sound and small. Things won't always be this way, dear Taurus.
