You've been working hard, putting a great deal of effort into your job, so you may be wondering when all this energy will add up to something big. You are likely a bit frustrated that things have not moved forward fast enough for your taste, or that nothing seems to be breaking for you. There is no reason to be concerned. You are getting so close to victory, dear Sagittarius, and it will happen sooner than you think. In a moment I will show you that news will reach you about professional interests later in this month at the full moon, but even so, for swift progress beyond that full moon February 22, Mars might first need to move into Sagittarius, and that will happen on March 5.

This is great news, for Mars has not been in Sagittarius for two years and is coming to you next month! This year, remarkably, Mars will not stay in Sagittarius the usual seven weeks but will instead stay seven MONTHS! To say you are going to be super-busy in 2016 and in the spotlight, in great demand, is an understatement. Mars rules your fifth house of creativity, too, so if you are in a creative field and work with artistic people, double everything I just said. Your imagination is about to blossom in a way you've rarely seen. You have no evidence of any of this yet, but by March you will see an enormous difference.

With Mars in Scorpio now, touring your twelfth house of strategy and secrets, it appears your would do best to tweak things behind the scenes and not present any ideas to anyone just yet. The project that you are about to show the world is not quite cooked yet, for your idea needs more time to gently marinate flavors on the stove. You wouldn't want to show anything half done to influential people who hold the ability to write the checks.

I know a well-known, highly creative man whose new show was recently cancelled even though the show had reached a huge audience and was building steadily each month. He is a Sagittarius, just like you, and Sagittarius rules publishing and broadcasting. That means that Sagittarians usually do very well working in these fields (among others). Sagittarius is the international sign, so your work often has international application. I told my friend he will soon be glad the show ended, and that he has now been forced to look at his options because February will be chockfull of opportunity. It will be the very finest month of the year for so many reasons, my favorite, for it is literally laden with gorgeous aspects, like a box of fine imported chocolates that are practically spilling out of their satin box.

For major career news for all Sagittarius, I told my friend to watch for news at the full moon, February 22, for it will light his (and your) solar tenth house of honors, awards, and achievement at the very pinnacle place in the chart. This will be the only full moon of the year to brighten the prestigious tenth house of career, so it's important. It will bring a culmination or climax to what you are discussing. If you are in talks for a new job, it's likely a step up from what you did previously.

This full moon will partner with Neptune, which rules the silver image on television, the movies, and photography, so it looks like my friend will soon be besieged with offers. My friend's only dilemma will be to choose which opportunity he likes the best and that has the best long-term potential - and that includes you too. The full moon of February 22 will finish off something that is career oriented, although I admit that might be the last day of shooting of the show that was cancelled.

If so, Mars in Sagittarius in March will be a huge help to every Sagittarius. You will be like the person in the middle of the circle of the childhood game, Simple Simon. Simon says to "Do this!" or, "Do that!" and if others, as a member of the circle (the other 11 zodiac signs), don't respond fast enough, they are eliminated from the circle. The last person standing gets to be Simple Simon next. You see, you are in the driver's seat, dear Sagittarius, even if you are mumbling under your breath that it sure doesn't feel that way - it's all coming!

I want to continue with one point about that full moon. If you are not in a creative business, or even if you are, and you are given an offer, Neptune's presence might cause you misunderstand the offer. Ask many questions, and if you have to sign papers, ask many questions. If you need to sign papers, be sure to have your lawyer look at the contract and to make changes to protect you. Work with your lawyer, for two heads are always better than one. With Neptune prominent, it is what is missing from the contract that could cause problems later, even more than what is in it!

First, circle February 3 on your calendar. On that day, Mars in Scorpio will be beaming Pluto in Capricorn. Both signs are considered heavy-duty financial signs, and because they will be benefic to one another - and because Pluto is currently in your second house of earnings - this day has the potential for being great for having big-money talks. You could walk away with a win-win situation that both sides find exciting and lucrative.

On the same day, February 3, the Sun and Saturn will be friendly too. This makes February 3 an ideal day to travel, give a speech, sign an important document, or schedule an important presentation, interview, or meeting. Saturn will stabilize things and foster long-term thinking and agreements. That's why this day will also be great for negotiation or to sign a contract.

Your next big day will be February 6, which falls over a weekend. On that day, we again have two sparkling aspects. The first one can be felt a day earlier, on Friday, February 5, so let's talk about that one now involving Mercury in perfect sync with Jupiter. Jupiter is in your house of honors, awards, and achievement, and on this day, quick-as-a-little-rabbit Mercury will be moving through your earned income house. What a fantastic day to negotiate a deal or be given a new position with a fine salary - make this your day.

On February 6, you will have a highly romantic day for a spontaneous trip, not too far away, say, to a private chateau or bed and breakfast in the countryside for private time for two. Uranus will send a beam to the Sun, so you may be surprised by your lover's suggestion to pack and go. If you were attached, of course, this weekend would be divine for you as well, even though this particular weekend slightly favors those who are single and newly dating. If you are taking a break from dating, you might want to go on a vacation with your children for a few days, to a fun place like Disney World. The fifth house, which is so lit for you, rules new love and also children, so it might be time for a long weekend away with your children. If you want to stay home because you have obligations, consider giving a party, but by all means, do something fun and different.

The new moon comes next, which is always a key part of the month, falling in Aquarius at 19 degrees. All new moons bring two full weeks of energy, and the quality of that energy is always contingent on the planetary beams that will be at play when that new moon arrives. Air sign Aquarius blends well with your fire-sign element of Sagittarius, so you'll enjoy the busy pace that will come up, complete with ringing phones, overflowing emails, and lots to discuss and do. Your mind is highly intellectual that needs continual stimulation, so this month is for you. It appears a brand new assignment will come up, one that will lead you into the digital world, perhaps teaching you about virtual reality, apps, telecommunications, software, science, and other such areas. It's also possible you'll work in social media or garner a lot of publicity this month.

At the time of this new moon, Uranus will beam highly electric silvery beams to the new moon, jazzing it and making YOU more creative in a surprising, highly original way. If you work in a creative field, you will appreciate Uranus' vibrations. If you don't work in a creative field, Uranus will still make you more flirtatious, playful, and experimental in love. Saturn will also be highly supportive too, and that suggests as a result of all the activity that comes up - and the travel to see a client - that there will be money to be made. Your feeling of security will be strengthened, so no wonder you will be humming a happy tune.

If your birthday falls on December 10, plus or minus five days, you will find this new moon extremely beneficial and important for you. The same would be true if you have Sagittarius rising 19 degrees, or your natal moon or natal planet at that degree, and in all cases, plus or minus five degrees of Sagittarius, Aries, or Leo.

This month will keep on rolling, for February 9 is mighty special too. This time it will be Venus' turn to receive a beam from Jupiter, your ruler and planet of gifts and luck. This will be another opportunity to make good money and possibly find a career opportunity you will want to investigate. Alternatively, you may sell something of value on this day, and be happy with the negotiation.

Valentine's Day, February 14, will fall over a weekend, on a Sunday. That day ALSO brings a gorgeous aspect, with Mars and Jupiter in perfect harmony. Mars rules your house of true love, and Jupiter is your ruler, so this weekend seems made for you. You won't want to be with friends this weekend - this Valentine's Day you will want to keep your partner all to yourself in a private setting. If you have children, this is one evening - perhaps Saturday evening - that would be worth the cost of a babysitter. Additionally, before you leave your workplace on Friday, you are likely to hear very exciting news that will affect your career, elevate it to a new level, and get more money to boot.

You may need to travel suddenly this month to a nearby city, possibly for work, and if so, you'd be up for being in a new setting. You may alternatively have more interaction with your sibling or cousin. February will not have any of the delays, mix-ups, misunderstandings, difficulties with electronics, and other problems that January may have brought, because last month Mercury was retrograde, but that ended January 25. Mercury is rapidly building energy toward his former strength, which will be completed by February 15.

On February 16, Venus will move into Aquarius, a far better place for Venus to be for you, so you will enjoy the change. Friends will play a bigger role in your days from now until March 11, and you will be getting out more.

You and I already discussed the important full moon, February 22 that will bring a culmination to your career when I began this report. New and full moons are always the important nodal points of the month around which all the other aspects rotate.

Next we have February 25, a Friday, when Mercury - which just happens to rule your solar tenth house of fame and honors - will work closely with Saturn. This would be a great day to sign a contract, or to do long-range planning with someone who matters to you in love or business.

On February 26, a Friday, Mercury will receive beams from Uranus. As you see, Mercury will be quite busy this month, and that translates into a busy career for you. Uranus is the plane of unanticipated events, and with this aspect, all surprises involving your career will be happy ones. Your creativity will again be high, so spend time brainstorming - you'll be glad you did!

On Sunday, February 28, the Sun and Neptune will conjoin, so your home will become very important to you, and you may have ideas for decorating. I know I keep asking you to get insurance to protect your home against water damage, and this weekend is no exception. Neptune likes to bring the sea with him wherever he goes. You won't want the sea in your home, no matter if you own or rent! This day, February 28, will be highly romantic, however, and if invited to a party over this weekend, it should be quite lyrical and beautiful, for the host will have created a completely new world for the party. You must go!

Leap Year Day, February 29, ends the month, with plenty of fun in store. Venus in Aquarius will signal Saturn, possibly allowing you to go on a getaway over the weekend of February 27-29. If you do go away, flee to a place near water, whether to the mountains to ski, or to an exotic island with pink sand, turquoise waters, and steel drum music where you can sway your hips to the music. This day historically was the day that happens once every four years, when women are encouraged to ask for their partner's hand in marriage. I know this sounds quaint, but that was the tradition. If you are so inclined, go ahead and propose to your lover, or at the very least, talk about the possibility for marriage. You can do this if you've both been going out a long time, say, two years, for you don't want to frighten your partner by bringing up the subject too soon. If you are in love, whether you are a man or a woman, and you didn't propose on Valentine's Day (a great day to do it), then by all means, speak up on February 29.

February opens on a promising note - with Mars and Pluto in tune with each other on February 3, you may see a large influx of money. News will get even better after the full moon, February 22, when that full moon lights your tenth house of prestigious career achievement. Watch the offers that come in, or if self-employed, the publicity you get, or the clients who call and are interested in seeing your presentation. Neptune will be unusually prominent at this time of the month, so the emphasis will be on your handling of the visuals of a project, or you may be on television as a spokesperson (or in print, with your photo) explaining the work you do so well.

This month will be unusually busy, with a great deal of detailed communication directed to you. It will be vital that you don't lose track of any details, so coordinate all the little bits and pieces in one notebook or folder. It will be a relief to you that Mercury is no longer retrograde as it was last month, so you won't be stymied by as many delays and false starts as you had faced in January.

If you need to sign a contract, you have three wonder days, February 6, when Mercury will work with Jupiter; February 9, when Venus and Jupiter will be aligned; and February 25, when Mercury and Saturn will meet to benefit you. (Of these dates, February 6 and February 25 will be your best dates, for the former will bring profits, and the latter one will give you comforting long-term security.)

You will have a chance to travel for fun and love from the new moon February 8 onward. Going to a new setting will provide you with a perfect counterpoint to your heavy-duty work life. You won't journey over too many miles, but you will thoroughly enjoy your trip. You will likely go suddenly and on a whim, which is always more fun, and for that, credit Uranus, planet of impulse.

Business travel may take place too, especially as you get close to Valentine's Day weekend (February 13-14), and that could include February 12 or 15 too. Perhaps your partner can come along with you. If you don't have a partner, you will welcome the private, peaceful time alone that you will have to yourself. If your hotel boasts a five-star spa, you may want to book a massage. It's time to indulge, dear Sagittarius.

The month closes on a super day for creative brainstorming, February 26. Mercury will contact Uranus, and your mind will be lit with 100,000 points of light. Direct that energy to a project dear to you.
