*1: "and on" 參考 Celine Dion 的某段歌詞，關於沉船與橫亙半世紀以上的愛。主要是配合中文歌詞的尾音，以及長久陪伴之意。
*2: "tangle" 取其纏綿之意、 tango 之諧音。花草與岩石交織的畫面，讓我直覺想到熱情探戈舞曲。
*3: 為 "The dazzling sunshine pouring down from the shades" 的重組與簡化。為了讓 sunshine 跟 營養 押韻。
*4: "prana" 為印度 Ayuveda （阿育吠陀）中的名詞，常被譯為「生命能」。
*5: 為了跟中文歌詞押韻，與後句交換語序。
*6: 全句為 “Oh, my dear, I rustling to you quietly." 的重組。此處不用文法較正確的 dear mine, 乃因我個人不認為大自然或森林是屬於任何「人」的。
*7: "Ye" 原為詩歌體的第二人稱單數，此處借指植物的群體意識、或共為一體的存在。概念取自日文小說「冒険者になりたいと都に出て行った娘がＳランクになってた」https://ncode.syosetu.com/n5947eg/75/ (第七三話)，描述上古森林的『個であり、同時に全である』。而 "I'll support you forever" 這句台詞則是節錄自動漫作品「五等分的新娘」女主角之一的名言。英譯原句為 "I'll support you with eveything." （為免潛在的版權困擾，參照連結為其同人作品。）
*8: "Elaborate" 原意是「願聞其詳」，語氣較check / notify 正式且充滿高度好奇。理解這句話想傳達的可能是「森林之歌一言難盡，但我清楚你的明白」。
*9: 稍微超譯，將畫面從歌詞的上游衍伸至文明所在的平原。
*10: 將原譯的 voices 改成 tones, 一是避免重複前段用詞，二是參考夢語境的銀河音頻，三是把歌詞從三個尾音軟弱的音節變成較有力的兩個音節。
